No lift! I stayed on the fourth floor and the stairs are so steepy...better ask for a single room on lower floor! A girl moved a big suitcase to the room is totally a nightmare!! Receptionist is nice...and the room is clean...but I won't stay here again as I don't want to climb on the stairs with my suitcase again....

I loved staying in this charming and special property. The decor really made me feel like I was staying in a friend’s large home. It is within walking distance of many good shops, cafes, and places to eat. About ten minutes walking from Queensway tube. The staff were all quite kind. Staying here really enhanced this trip to London. As always sad to leave but would like to return.

This worked really well for me. Just a small walk from Bayswater tube, which in turn is a small walk from Queensway tube, meaning lots to choose from. Quiet street. Felt very safe at night. Note there's no elevator (at least in my wing), so if that's a dealbreaker, watch out, but it wasn't an issue for me. Good shower, sink, tea, temp of room was great, comfy bed, didn't hear any neighboring rooms, nice staff. Great. Would totally come back

The staff were always amazing! Room was clean and plenty of space! Conveniently located close to stores and the tube!

The location was within comfortable walking distance to Bayswater Station, which made getting around very convenient. Our room was situated in the basement, and while it was generally fine, we could clearly hear footsteps from people walking above us. It wasn’t unbearable, but it’s something to take note of if you’re a light sleeper. Also, do note that there is no housekeeping provided for stays shorter than a week. It wasn’t a major issue, but it’s good to be aware of in advance. Overall, a decent and convenient stay with a great location, just with a few minor drawbacks.

Pas de gel douche, abattant de toilette cassé et le radiateur faisait beaucoup de bruit ( à purger je pense) sinon la literie est vraiment parfaite. Nous avons bien dormi et l'accueil est bon.

This place is a gem! So quaint, cozy, and personalised. My room had a kitchenette which was lovely. And definitely loved the breakfast by the fire! I would def stay here again!

Room was small but cosy, and bed also quite small, a little bit of noise from the other rooms upstairs, and an alarm sounding off first thing, but overall a great place to stay and super convenient.

Friendly helpful welcoming staff. Hotel was in a lovely quiet location 5 minutes walk from the tube station. The room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchenette. We were on the 4th floor which was a good workout on the legs - would suggest requesting a lower floor room if you have any mobility issues.

No breakfast, tiny bathroom, old fashionable room, hard to find the room, But kind reception person
