I think it’s a bit pricey for the room with this size. It’s quite small for 2 people but luckily it was clean. The location is convenient which near bus and train station. However the hairdryer is not working and I need to sleep with wet hair. Also there is noise coming from the window throughout the night.

Just about 10-minute walk to Victoria Station, very convenient. Since it is centre, thus the price is higher as compared to other location. Room is not very spacious. Other things ok.

Good location, friendly staff. Close Victoria railway station and coach station. Room is small but cleanliness. Free simple breakfast.

地點離地鐵站/維多利亞車站都很近 環境算是住宅區 有暖氣/有電梯很方便 也有附簡易早餐很省錢 不過廁所很臭～可以寄放行李，有間上鎖的行李間

We loved this property. Our room was very comfortable, they let us check in early and the room was very quiet. The shower had excellent pressure and temperature. However: the pillows are too flat. They are so flat, they almost did not exist. I would recommend this hotel to anyone but just know, you might need to use your sweater as a pillow.

Although the single room was pretty small, all other aspects of the stay were fine. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the staff friendly

A nice hotel, close to Victoria Station, good service and friendly staffs. Unfortunately, the AC water dropped into the room. Need a drain tube to withdraw AC water out

I barely could get in and out of the shower safely. I asked for a refund they gave me their email address. I sent two emails and never heard back. Please refund my stay at the Victoria Inn because I purchased the protection plan as well thank you.

Location was great however room was very small. Bathroom shower door broken or not able to stay on the track on one side, not overly friendly staff for sure. Price was high for the overall amenities.

Our room was in the basement, we had to navigate sacks of laundry to get to it. The room resembled a college dorm room, there was plumbing noises in the night, a couple of insects flying around, crooked light fixtures, weird wall decor. Absolutely not what I expected for the cost.

Lovely neighborhood. A few blocks to the tube station. Room was small, average size for Europe. Staff at front desk were very helpful and nice. Close enough to restaurants. Bathroom needed work. Overall good enough for a good night's sleep

Väldigt basic hotell, men med bra läge nära Victoria station och Tate Britain. Skön och ganska stor säng. Rummet är litet så sängen fyller i princip hela rummet, man kan precis gå runt. Rent och snyggt. Litet badrum, men rätt nyrenoverat. Tekokare och TV finns, inget annat. Det finns ett mindre bagagerum så man kan lämna väska över dagen. Ingen mat på hotellet, inga automater. Det finns flera utmärkta caféer i närheten. Den bästa är Ben Venuti på Tachbrook Street. Där finns också en marknad med take-away mat. Med tanke på priset är detta ett bra val för en eller två övernattningar när man passerar London eller har ett kortare ärende.

The hotel building was fine as a guest house only but no cafes close by for breakfast. As a single traveller, it would have been good to have a communal bar area. The only time other guests were seen was when we had to evacuate the hotel and congregate on the pavement following a fire alarm in the evening, possibly triggered by a bathroom door not being closed when using the shower!

Die Lage ist sehr gut und war für unseren Aufenthalt deshalb sehr praktisch. Aber das Hotel ist recht alt und dementsprechend war auch unser Zimmer. Das Bad hatte viele Flecken, hab das Gefühl auch etwas Schimmel und war stark verkalkt.

Great neighborhood with lots of food options, walking distance to many landmarks. Air conditioning was awesome! It is quite small, but worked for what we needed. Close to Victoria Station so easy to get to airports.
