We had a garden room and found it was very spacious and clean, large bathroom not often rooms exceed expectation but it was very good. Staff were very friendly but we felt staff in the restaurant area needed direction (if they had just started this would explain it) guests were kept waiting to long for orders to be taken and service in general. Food was average, breakfast mediocre, scrambled eggs and mushrooms had been overcooked.

We stayed here previously and liked it. It has since changed hands, and we still really like it. The staff were efficient and helpful, and there was nothing we didn't like.

Clean room, staff extremely friendly. Sad notes: the food price too high compared to London but overall good quality.

Unfortunately we had a meal that had to be taken back which was taken off our bill. We had been out early to go on the broads for the day. When we got back to the hotel to book a table for 3 and was only to be told that the tables were fully booked. Looking at the tables outside and inside that was not the case, we had to resolve to getting a Chinese takeaway delivered to the hotel, where we had to eat it outside on a tree log as the hotel refused to allow us to eat out on the patio of the hotel. There was no resolution to this, we will not be returning to this hotel again. Words of advice book your table for the duration of your stay!!

Friendly service, good food and a comfy bed. Lovely location next to the Broads and 10 mins from beach

Extemded my stay and they kindly kept me in the same room.

Rooms were big and clean. Food was nice . Breakfast was good just had to wait about an hour to get it. Staff friendly and polite.

Love staying at Wayford Bridge Inn, added an extra night to the trip.

The breakfast was very good value for £10. The rooms were clean but only replenished the tea/ coffee once during the 5 day stay, but staff were very obliging with extra pillows, milk etc. Staff were very friendly.

Staff plus hotel great , please note if get to stop in cottages area , heating can be an issue , as I was told they will only put heating on for an hour , it was a cold night , gave me portable heater which if I left on at night the whole room would glow red , hence had to switch it off to ensure I could sleep without the room being bright . Otherwise great hotel .

Middle nowhere but nice

There were no hand towels in the room. One toiler roll. The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied from previous guest. Towel rail did not work. They run out of white bread in the morning and only one kipper left for breakfast. Totally understaffed. Such a shame not a patch on the previous owners.

Great stay just 1 night. Hav stayed hear before many times nice rooms friendly staff lovely breakfast and a great location very reasonable price would recommend gary g.

Loved our stay even tho just one night staff made us so welcome. Breakfast was a real treat cooked bfast and delicious. Can’t fault it at all

silicone around shower needs replacing bed comfy plenty hangers free WiFi staff absolutely brilliant cheerful helpful lots cosy places to sit and while time away with a cuppa.didnt eat at restaurant but judging by the smell and presentation when walked through will do next time.hairdryer missing but lady found me one

First time visiting here and will be the last the staff need some customer skills as clearly non of the staff know what they are doing the manager was very grumpy and rude, the food was terrible the breakfast in the morning took over an hour to arrive and we were the first in there and when it turned up I thought I had ordered for an infant nothing hardly on there, the food in the evening again took over an hour to arrive and wish we never ordered from here the chicken curry my wife ordered was well over cooked looked like been put in a microwave far to long the chips were over cooked the garlic bread was like anemic looks like put under a toaster for a couple of seconds, had to ask for sauces which took over 5 minutes to come when dinner was almost cold never again would I stay or eat here again should of read all reviews before I booked

Everything was good re the property except the restaurant with non availability. Kippers not available both days, veg pie first day and just served the last gammon and a waiter who couldn’t bring things like vinegar and brown sauce, all in all however a good stay and would return again. Netflix an advantage!

Lovely location to be based at if driving around the area. I found the check-in confusing: At the entrance an arrow and sign pointed to another entrance, but when navigating through the building to the front desk, back at the same place.. Welcome home!? Optional breakfast ok, cooked food could have been hot instead of luke warm, dining area very nice, Room and bed comfortable, shower hot water temperature kept changing.
