第一次住 Brighton，酒店在海旁，不錯的位置。附近有不同地區的餐廳，空中看風景的 Brighton i360 原本我是住混合床的，但因為有房，我可以免費 Upgrade 至獨立房間，實在太好了！ 房間有一扇窗可看到部分海景，實在很棒！ 謝謝 Selina Brighton

The room was clean and pretty. Loved the colourful details and I had the view of the beach from the windrow. It was special to fall asleep with the sound of the waves crushing.

Staff were great. Bed was comfortable. Room was fine although was surprised there was no TV. Shower drain was slightly blocked but reported this to staff who made a note. As I was only there one night I do not know if this was rectified. Yes I would stay again.

Comfortable clean room with an unexpected seaview! Friendly staff & fantastic value for money. Only downside were the noisy delivery lorries at 5am so would recommend taking earplugs! Would definitely book again 👍😊

As soon as you walk into the hotel there’s a really bad smell. The double room was an okay size. It had everything you need but no tv which wasn’t good. The furniture was run down. The hotel has no parking but parking isn’t an issue as there’s parking a few minutes away. The staff was good.

Il West Beach Hotel Brighton é una struttura un po’ datata, ma ben posizionata fronte mare. L’aspetto pittoresco é, comunque, coerente con la città e la camera semplice ma pulita più che adatta a un breve soggiorno. Personale gentile e simpatico.

Mirrors & Tv would have been an improvement in 6 bed room Marmite peanut butter or more savoury options for breakfast would have been nice. Didn’t have the breakfast, but the hotel itself is very convenient. We had the 3 bed room and it was perfect for our needs. Room was clean. Bathroom in good condition and it is so central you are in the centre of Brighton in less than 15 mins walk. If I had to pick a negative, there are dormitory type rooms as well and one was opposite our room which meant people coming and going at all times of the night, but it is only a door opening and shutting, so a small negative when you look at its location and the nice room. Would happily go there again.

Friendly staff, clean room that was well equipped. Hotel is not far from the centre.

The room was basic and would benefit from redecorating, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was warm and the shower room was well appointed. Staff were good ; hotel is quirky but very well placed on the seafront. Great value, especially if you’re using it just for somewhere to stay after a show or event.

On arrival staff were great and really welcoming. The room was amazing with incredible views of the West Pier. In the evening the shower only had cold water. In the morning the shower was warm. However on checking out we were told the manager had suddenly decided to stop the luggage storage. I'd even had a confirmatory email that luggage storage is available. This was a big reason why we picked this hotel, and the woman on the reception was being kind of rude in how she was telling some tourists it wasn't available. So sadly this hotel is unreliable and you don't get what you are promised. Real shame.
