The reception staff were so lovely and welcoming and the room was spotless

Clean room great staff

Simple and nice food. Good breakfast, son loved the pancake machine. Room was large and clean.

Beds are rock hard. Room is outdated. Can hear your neighbours. Guests running up and down the halls and still continue after we politely asked them to stop

Enjoyed our stay, very handy for the cave Christmas event we attended.

Breakfast could be hotter. Nescafé sachets in rooms really bad. Poured mine down the sink! Lovely and quiet. Comfy bed.

Desayuno con buffet muy simple, pero te ofrecen un full English o huevos al gusto recién cocinado. Habitación grande y limpia. Relación calidad precio correcta. Lo esperable para la categoría y precio.

Room was clean , staff where amazing , couldn't do enough for you , went above and beyond

Rooms were clean, staff excellent, friendly and helpful. Overall great. Minor points: prefer a toilet seat lid, and a larger sink, somewhere near the sink to put things on. It was an accessible room, but it does not need an NHS poster about cleaning hands for a 'patient' on the bathroom door, (room 1) also sink cracked in room 1. TV very small in room 1, much more acceptable in room 30.

Overall our visit was satisfactory

Good value for money, rooms comfortable and clean. Staff helpful and friendly Evening meal menu abit disappointing, not much variety meals we had not worth the money. Breakfast was included and good selection

Lovely location, peaceful atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable had all you needed for your stay. Lovely big bath towels! Breakfast was ok, could improve, scrambled eggs not good being kept warm, not much choice on the continental side. We didn’t use the bar but was told we could take drinks and food to the room if wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

A nice hotel right by the entrance to Wookie Hole centre, similar to a Premier Inn standard. Restaurant food was nice in the evening and not badly priced give captive location, and breakfast buffet was a very good standard and replenished regularly. Whilst there was some theming for Halloween, there was nothing special going on for the kids during the evening which was a disappointment, and only one house in the village offering trick or treating - Thank you, you made my boys evening, and saved my life! Also, the green emergency light by the bedroom door was immensely annoying, and we found it hard to get to sleep 😟. Overall though a nice convenient stop during our halfterm tours, and Wookey Hole was brilliant for a 5 / 6 hour visit - something for everyone big and small, felt family run / friendly.

Nice Room - warm and comfortable.

A good hotel, very pleasant staff. Our room was large with plenty of storage space although quite basic. It was very clean and serviced daily. Despite the close proximity to the caves etc, its a very quiet hotel. Not a lot in the area apart from the Wookey Hole complex but just 10 mins to Wells. Would recommend, especially for families.

Check in excellent , very friendly and efficient lady on the front desk . Always plenty of parking , food is good , service very polite . Wifi , bed and shower all decent .

Pizza was inedible due to copious amounts of cheese, note to chef ‘ Less is More’
