Stuck for 9 hours in Adis Ababa, Ethiopia. SKY hotel is a great way to catch some zzz’s without leaving the terminal. No visa required. Lovely property with knowledgeable staff

This was a better alternative to the free hotel provided by the airline outside of the airport. The room is nice and the bathroom was clean. However, when I arrived I was told that the water was not going to be hot. It was warm which was ok. The food at the restaurant was ok as well. It's just a more convenient option.

Café da manhã excelente. Cama confortável. Faltou cuidado com os detalhes, por exemplo: Quarto para dois hóspedes e somente uma toalha. Não encontrei o diretório do aparelho telefônico. Não consegui chamar a recepção. A manutenção precisa melhorar. Ex.: A ducha higiênica estava quebrada. Forte barulho de ventoinha não nos deixou dormir. Tivemos que trocar de quarto na madrugada.

Major noise from announcements.

Breakfast was the one weak point of the hotel. On hotels.com, it states that it opens at 5:30am. It actually opens at 6am. I went at 6:05, and while it was open, at 6:20 the staff were still bringing out (Not replenishing, bringing out!) food.

It’s a very handy hotel built for easy transit, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and there’s wifi. TV’s don’t tend to work, but that’s not a problem for me. Check in staff are always polite and helpful. The rooms need maintenance, every room I have stayed in, around 8 times in the last month have either water leaks from the sink, broken hoses for toilets, all have had the sink plug disconnected. Showers are tepid at best. Breakfast food is good, but staff are super lazy, tables aren’t reset, I asked for cutlery and a table to wiped down.. didn’t happen, I got cutlery from another table with a solo diner, coffee cups are non existent until you ask and so on. If it’s not included in your room rate, go to one of the cafes near A-gates, don’t pay to eat here.

I stay there often because of location but The ac in many rooms doesnt work properly or suboptimal at best. Its always hot. You have to be very carefull which room you get because the airline announcement in the terminals are extremely loud and unpleasant and they can keep you awake. The shower is never really warm.

It’s handy but that’s it. The last 2 times I stayed, the room is too warm, the A/C won’t cool and the maintenance guy said it’s preset to 26c. Way too uncomfortable to sleep properly. Showers never get beyond tepid even after running the water for 10mins.

You can’t fault the location although it’s becoming expensive for what it offers. Yes it’s clean and comfortable, but the showers only get luke warm, not hot enough to enjoy, simple thing like no spoon or stirrer for the coffee and from a country that has world class coffee.... Nescafe sachets (really)

I didn't get a room, and a few things on the buffet were empty. For a willchaer the bathroom is a bit far and inconvenient.

Poor air conditioning with rooms extremely hot.

The AC is both the rooms we booked did not work and stayed at 27 degrees the entire 10 hours we reserved it. We notified the housing staff and the front desk, they tried to fix the unit by clicking on the control, offered no concessions and said it would take at least another hour most likely more if I wanted to switch rooms. I would highly not recommend this hotel, it honestly just seems like a money grab. They saw them tell people there weren’t any rooms availiable in person if they only wanted rooms for a lesser amount of hours but if you booked online for the full 24 hours there magically would be. Would only book this as a last resort if you wanted a stuffy sauna experience. Aside from that, the shower worked, private bathroom was good and room was fine except the AC not working and not offered a solution to that and the thin sound proofing where you could hear the airport announcements.
