The hotel is not located in city centre, there isn’t much to shop nearby. Except that, others are fanastic, including the hotel room and facilities like sauna, gym room. Staff are also helpful and nice.

Das Hotel hat mir im Vorfeld eine sehr freundliche Email geschrieben, dass sie meinem Wunsch nach einem Zimmer auf einer höheren Etage auf jeden Fall entsprechen werden. Bekommen habe ich dann ein Zimmer weit unten mit Blick auf die Hauptstraße. Dafür einen Punkt Abzug. Ansonsten ist es eine gut gelegene und ordentliche Unterkunft mit vielseitigen Frühstück.

Itse hotellihuone oli hieno ja siisti. Hyvää teetä ja pikakahvia saatavilla. Mukavat ja pehmeät sängyt tyynyineen. Respan palvelu oli hieman hidasta ja sai odotella. Välillä respassa ei ollut ketään paikalla. Hotellihuoneen miinuksia ovat huono valaistus WC-tilassa peilin edessä ja pyyhekoukkujen vähyys sekä telineiden sijainti. Saippuapullojen sijainti ja laatu oli hieman heikko. Aamupala oli todella kattava ja erinomainen. Palvelu oli hyvää ja tyhjät pöydät siivottiin tehokkaasti. Ruuhkaa odotettavissa viikonloppuisin vaikkakin aamupala oli aikataulutettu tunnin jaksoihin. Hotelliin tuleminen ja sieltä muualle siirtyminen on helppoa raitiovaunulla. Kulkuyhteydet ovat erinomaiset.

Für einen Städtetrip absolut empfehlenswert! Trambahnhaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel, zu Fuß ist das Zentrum aber auch leicht erreichbar, toller Ausblick über einen Hafenbereich und die Stadt aus den oberen Stockwerken. Ein Highlight ist sicher der Rooftop-Pool im 16. Stock, mit Fitnessstudio und Ruheraum mit Liegen und tollem Ausblick!

Excellent breakfast! Sauna and gym were clean and in new condition. Wish I could spend more time there. Unfortunately, there was no seaview in my room.

The breakfast is phenomenal. The pool and sauna are great. parking is a hard unless you get the code for the private parking garage from the hotel. We loved our stay here.

Nice rooms, however one of the two rooms we stayed in was distinctly smaller than the other. The blackout blinds were suboptimal with openings on the sides that were hard to fix/plug. The relax area and swimming pool was top notch. We could hear the trams even though we were on floor 7, albeit not a major issue. Whilst hotel a bit out of city centre, several tram lines outside the hotel which take you to most places in Helsinki. Nice breakfast.

Exelent hotel and a very helpfull en friendly staf. The hotel was on public transport lines. The rooms were on the small side but clean and comfortable.

Sehr dreckige Zimmer, Hotel insgesamt sehr unsauber, Frühstück nicht besonders. Personal nicht sehr serviceorientiert. Für eine Nacht ok. Sky Bar und Lage waren gut.

Ravintolan palvelu erinomainen, myös ruoka hyvää. Hyvä ja kattava aamiainen. Hotelli on erinomaisella sijainnilla. Vaikka ei ole omaa pysäköintiä, on oivallinen luola lähellä. Huone oli todella siisti ja hiljainen. Paras sänky jossa olen nukkunut, huomioiden omani. Kehitysideoita: Hissien valot eivät näy sivuille, kun tilattu hissi saapuu. Suunnittelisin valot hissien ovien luona uudelleen. Nyt oli paljon turhia pysähdyksiä ja tilauksia. Tässä ehkä voitte säästää energiaa! Huoneeseen aina kamomillateepusseja iltateeksi. Vihreä tee oli plussaa! Parasta oli hotellin henkilökunta, mahtava porukka! Tunsin itseni tervetulleeksi oikeastaan ihan heti. Niin, ja saahan teiltä jatkossakin ihan oikeaa voita?!

Ok hotel but terrible business ethics and poor service. The receptionist used almost half an hour checking us in even if we had prepaid reservations, during the process he offered a "very good deal" on a upgrade to superior room for 20EUR/night. When checking the website afterwards I found that the normal price difference between standard and superior rooms those days was only 18 EUR. 3 days after checking out my credit card was suddenly charged 40 EUR for minibar items. I had not taken anything from the minibar, and the invoice stated date of consumption as 2 days after we left. After e-mailing with the hotel I have still not received a refund, or any other explanation than repeated copies of the invoice.

Well-kept property. Clean and quiet. Staff are nice. There are public transit in front of the hotel. Easy to take the tram to central station where you can get on train to the airport.

We had a pleasant stay during our Helsinki trip. The room was neat and beds comfortable. The hotel sauna and pool were a big hit - especially for the kids. The breakfast was decent, and the hotel offers a sky bar with a view over the city (prices slightly high but the view is undeniable). The location is good, however since we mainly wanted to explore the city it would have been nicer to be a bit more central. Having said that, the hotel is easily accessible via short tram ride.
