Excellent breakfast! Sauna and gym were clean and in new condition. Wish I could spend more time there. Unfortunately, there was no seaview in my room.

The breakfast is phenomenal. The pool and sauna are great. parking is a hard unless you get the code for the private parking garage from the hotel. We loved our stay here.

Nice rooms, however one of the two rooms we stayed in was distinctly smaller than the other. The blackout blinds were suboptimal with openings on the sides that were hard to fix/plug. The relax area and swimming pool was top notch. We could hear the trams even though we were on floor 7, albeit not a major issue. Whilst hotel a bit out of city centre, several tram lines outside the hotel which take you to most places in Helsinki. Nice breakfast.

Well-kept property. Clean and quiet. Staff are nice. There are public transit in front of the hotel. Easy to take the tram to central station where you can get on train to the airport.

I enjoyed my 3 night weekend stay very much and am happy I took a friend’s recommendation to stay at Clarion during my time in Helsinki. I appreciated the later breakfast times finishing at 11:00AM and the facilities (scenic rooftop sauna and pool) on offer. However, during my last morning before checking out I went up to the spa area at 11:00AM to use the facilities but was told after only just entering the pool by staff that the area was closing for maintenance until 15:00. I appreciate this is a necessary requirement, but I would suggest changing the maintenance times a bit later to allow guests to have the full morning to use the facilities.

Excellent hotel in a convenient location. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and several tram stops. Walkable to the the Eckerö Line ferry terminal and the city centre (with a coffee stop). Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom/shower excellent. The room could probably do with something on the wall as it was a bit stark, but that is a non issue and had no impact on our stay. Considering the size of the hotel (you can see it from miles around) it was really quiet throughout our stay. The AC/climate control system in the room is a bit fiddly but it works and was very much appreciated (it was surprisingly hot in Helsinki when we visited). The internet speed was decent and the wifi easy to connect to. As is typical in Clarion hotels, the breakfast spread was exceptional. There was a lot of great food to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

Limited menu in restaurant. Nice food though and at breakfast, but breakfast experience terrible. So overcrowded on Saturday and Sunday that there were no tables free at all. Very greedy clientele eating vast amounts of food for the whole day. Clean room but sugar coffee etc not topped up. Rooftop bar very good with good cocktails. Location good right by a tram stop with 3 lines.

The Ryan Air of hotels Charges you per the hour for an early check in , extra for another person etc etc Hotel is ok. Gym small , pool about 8 meters long a bit small for a hotel of the size

Usually I don’t write many reviews but this I have to do it. This hotel is 10 out of 10. The staff is super friendly and smiling and make small jokes 😊 The breakfast is on top. Everything you need. The pool, sauna and gym were really well maintained, very clean and a nice place to spent some free time. There was drinking water everywhere. The sky bar is also a beautiful fancy place to see the sunset and have a nice cocktail. The rooms are very spacious, beds very comfortable and very clean. The view of the hotel is breathtaking - very panoramic. It is also located literally next to the public transport. If I visit Helsinki again, I will definitely stay here 😊
