Everything is perfect. I would recommend every visitor who go to Helsinki to stay in this Hotel. The reception is so kind and willing to help.

Haven Hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Really nothing to criticize. The room is very beautiful and glamorous, facilities are good, location is convenient (just right next to old market hall)... The BEST thing is the buffet breakfast, a variety of food supplied with an amazing view. Everything is wonderful and all of us felt so sad that we only had a three-day stay in Haven Hotel. Highly recommend this hotel, not just a haven but a heaven! :)

The bed was super comfy and the quality of breakfast was quite decent, tho not many options. If they could offer free transportation between the hotel and train station, it would be perfect.

Oli ihana saada aamupala huoneeseen (lisähinnasta) ja jäsenenä saimme vielä late check outin ilmaiseksi klo.14 saakka niin ei ollut kiire mihinkään. Ihana hotelli ja siisti huone.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging 2 rooms next to each other, one with a cot for a baby. The rooms were spacious and had an armchair and couch. The breakfast buffet, whilst not the most extensive, was more than sufficient. One downside is that it isn't the most accessible hotel I've stayed in. We had a baby in a pram and found it wasn't easy to get around, although on the last day of our stay we did find a lift the wasn't very well sign posted but would have made it easier to get to the breakfast room. I'd definitely recommend the hotel but be aware of accessibility issues.

The hotel Haven is a lovely hotel at the waterfront of Helsinki, and near the market. I would highly recommend the food hall right across the street in the old historic building, however, it is only open at lunchtime and not for dinner. I had both a Superior and a Grande Deluxe room. The grand deluxe room is bigger and has an extra sofa. It also has a beautiful bathroom with a large shower and no bathtub. If you prefer a bath tub, as I do, then you may be better off in the less expensive superior room. The only other significant difference with the two rooms is that you have an Espresso maker in the grand deluxe, and only a kettle in the superior room. I will add that my grand deluxe room was quieter because it faced the courtyard whereas the superior room was facing the street and I could hear some noise from the trucks going by.. I was at the hotel for two nights on a group tour and breakfast was included. The breakfast was very nice. I also came a day early before my group tour, and that is why I had the grand deluxe room. I checked in on a Saturday night and the hotel Haven website indicates that you are entitled to Sunday brunch if you stay over on a Saturday night. However, they would not honour that and said that because I booked through Expedia, I would have to pay extra for the brunch. This did not seem fair to me and I think that it should be clearly stated both on there I Prefer website and on the Expedia website.
