Really noisy room

My spouse & I stayed here 6 nights and it was wonderful. The hotel itself is very cool and clean. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was small but doable. Bed and pillows very comfortable! Water pressure in the shower was great, had no issue with hot or cold water. Maid service came when needed and did a great job replacing what we needed. The area around the hotel is great too- so many shops and restaurants. Felt very safe walking around, even at night. We had absolutely zero issues and would definitely return!

Not a 4 star by far!!! It’s horrible. One old elevator. Barely fits 2 with 2 luggage’s. And barely works. There is no staff! One person sitting at desk & that’s it. The lady is not smiling & of course because she had to pull people’s luggage into storage room. No one at breakfast. The place is old, 3 shower heads, but one works. Old brass, not polished. Touch latch cabinet does not work. The front desk has to regulate your room temperature! You have a thermostat, but it does not work!!! You have to press a button to get out of hotel door. No one to greet you. Really a 2 star maybe. Ruined our Paris experience. I literally almost left day 1, but they don’t give you your money back. It’s a sad old place, with no service, poor lighting.

Really lovely hotel, looks so pretty and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a modest size but still larger than most you'll find in Paris. Breakfast is so calm, good healthy choice options and staff are quick to restock - all very fresh. No bad word to say about this hotel apart from the location isn't great if you will be relying on ubers / bolts to pick you up from the hotel. Best to walk down the road a few mins and get picked up from there.

We loved the room. Although small, they have top notch details like the shower, which is maybe the best I’ve used. The staff was friendly and attentive to non-French speakers. The hotel itself is very attractive and smells great, a very nice touch that leaves a great impression.
