We were very pleased with our stay. The room was spacious, offering a sitting area, kitchenette and table and chairs for eating. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were soft and clean. Each member of the staff was charming and extremely helpful. The hotel is two blocks from the tram that brings you to the heart of nice in minutes. Literally two stops from place Garibaldi and four-five stops from place Messena and old town. I highly recommend this hotel unless you have your heart set on a view of the Mediterranean from your room.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Carrefour is right on the other side of the street. The room is also good with all needed facilities. Overall, the staying experience is good. However, house-cleaning during your stay will cost extra fees. I did not pay for that and no cleaning at all during my stays.

Great location if you want to buy fresh food to cook. Near the supermarket to buy lots of daily goods and food. The parking lot is easily to find. Around 10min to walk to downtown. Very nice place to stay.

Lack of reception staffs， it is good they are still very nice even busy。 room is not acceptable， carpet is very dirty， hair dryer not working and no extra to borrow， lighting not work and no telephonr to housekeeping or reception， you can't adaptor. Parking entrance are very small， if you drivr big car need to take more time for parking.

我們是訂4人住的房型，Hipark Hotel的房間介紹有寫明這房型有豪華浴缸。但當我們進到房間號碼４１４，看到這是殘障人士使用的浴室，也就是沒有浴缸、馬桶比一般高、整間浴室地磚沒有止滑，我馬上跟櫃檯反應要換房間，櫃檯兩位男士說他們無法換，必須等明天早上
１０：００～１１：００之間跟經理反應才行。我等到第二天，要求換房，並告知昨晚我小女兒洗完澡差點在浴室摔跤，這間浴室對我們家使用上不方便和危險。經理告訴我房間已滿，明天才有空房換，而且答應明天就換房間，我只好再等一天。到第三天我打包好行李準備換房間，櫃檯告訴我又沒房間。我非常生氣，覺得被欺騙。一開始就給我殘障房，可是我並不是訂這種房型，接下來答應讓我換房間，卻又告訴我客滿，但我發現網站上他們還有在販售當日的４人房，這種不誠實的做生意方式，讓我又生氣又失望，決定提早退房換飯店。

Good services n best value except no wifi inside room which is a downside. Other than that, it is a good location n easy access hotel with a nice open kitchen which provides all u need to cook n cleaning machine too. We enjoyed it!
