Veldig fint og nokså sentralt hotell. Tok 20 min å gå til stranden. Hadde vond lukt på rommet, men fikk god service og nytt rom. En person som bor der fast var ganske forstyrrende ved bassenget. Vi ga beskjed i resepsjonen, og de hadde hatt problem med denne personen hele sommeren.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was honestly the worst hotel experience of my life (and I’ve travelled to over 35 countries). The room was filthy - hair and dirt all over the floor, and 7-8 worms crawling in the bathroom. Disgusting!!! We asked for pillows and blankets for the sofa bed. Instead of providing them, the staff told us to use the ones from the drawer, which were dirty and stained. On the second day, we requested a cleaner room. The receptionist promised something better, but when we came back in the evening, they gave us a smaller room than what we paid for and told us it was the only option. With 3 kids, we had no choice but to stay in the original dirty room. To make things worse, we later found an even bigger worm in the bedroom. We also discovered that our used towels were still left in the bathroom. If we were new customers checking in and found used towels waiting for us, how would that feel? This clearly shows they don’t clean the rooms properly at all. On checkout day, breakfast was supposedly served until 10am. We arrived at 9:50am (not easy with 3 children), but the manager refused to let us eat, saying he had to leave for a train at 10am. He even told me “After 10am, I’ll have to kick you out” Absolutely unacceptable language and attitude. This place is a nightmare - dirty rooms, worms, false promises, and staff who clearly don’t care about guests. If you are considering this hotel, please, please don’t. It will ruin your trip to Nice.

The aparthotel was in a great location for trains, trams, buses aswell as Nice old town and beach. The staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The 2 bedroom apartment was great and well equipped for a long stay. The decor was a little in need of updating but this did not distract from it being a brilliant place to stay.

It was a very nice and clean hotel close to a big shopping centre and a laundry service. It was also close to the old city with many restaurants. Friendly staff. The small pentry was ok. However, the stove was malfunctioning, maybe because it was old.

Rolig beliggenhet få minutter fra gamlebyen. Hyggelig personale. Vi hadde lekkasje fra aircondition i taket to dager på en uke. Litt upraktisk med vann dryppende inn i leiligheten. Ble tatt på alovor og fikset av et veldig behjelpelig personale.

We’d read a few reviews that were critical of the condition of the property but our actual 1 bedroom apartment was well presented, clean and comfortably furnished. Shower not the best but passable. Hallways and decor were a little shabby and wall coverings were damaged so could definitely do with a refresh. This was in contrast to the lobby area which was bright and pleasant. Rooftop pool is a nice feature but would benefit from a few chairs so didn’t spend a huge amount of time there. We didn’t use the kitchen and instead dined out but fridge was a good size and ample crockery and utensils from what we could see. Large supermarket directly across the road. Staff were all friendly and informative. Hotel is in a good location and within walking distance of main attractions. Could do with some TLC but good value for money if planning to be out and about most of your stay.

It was a very nice and clean hotel close to a big shopping centre and a laundry service. It was also close to the old city with many restaurants. Friendly staff. The small pentry was ok. However, the stove was malfunctioning, maybe because it was old.

Rolig beliggenhet få minutter fra gamlebyen. Hyggelig personale. Vi hadde lekkasje fra aircondition i taket to dager på en uke. Litt upraktisk med vann dryppende inn i leiligheten. Ble tatt på alovor og fikset av et veldig behjelpelig personale.

Cleaning standards need to improve, and some maintenance carried out. For the price paid, I would expect better. Conveniently located for the Palais des Expositions - Nice Acropolis (convention centre) but you can find better if you book in advance.

We’d read a few reviews that were critical of the condition of the property but our actual 1 bedroom apartment was well presented, clean and comfortably furnished. Shower not the best but passable. Hallways and decor were a little shabby and wall coverings were damaged so could definitely do with a refresh. This was in contrast to the lobby area which was bright and pleasant. Rooftop pool is a nice feature but would benefit from a few chairs so didn’t spend a huge amount of time there. We didn’t use the kitchen and instead dined out but fridge was a good size and ample crockery and utensils from what we could see. Large supermarket directly across the road. Staff were all friendly and informative. Hotel is in a good location and within walking distance of main attractions. Could do with some TLC but good value for money if planning to be out and about most of your stay.
