Positive: Location was ‘OK’ as it is within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and there is a grocery store about 10 minutes away. Negative: Upkeep of the room we had was below standard. The bathtub did not drain properly and was missing the cover off of the drain mechanism (it was literally ripped off); only one of the flush mechanisms on the toilet worked; the baseboard by the closet was broken so the closet door wouldn’t close; lampshades were broken (not fitting on their base), in fact one lamp shade was completely missing from the lamp in the bedroom. Overall, the room gave the appearance of a student apartment after a night of partying. I didn’t bother telling the gentleman at the front desk because he was not the most friendly person to deal with. It was as if this was the last place he wanted to be and having to deal with guests was a nuisance. Was it a good place for us to visit Paris, yes, strictly from a location perspective. Would I come back to it, no. When the first impression of a place you have is the staff, and the staff member you get is not welcoming but rather unwelcoming, it taints your perspective. Then when you get to your room and it hasn’t been maintained, when the issues are very obvious, and could easily be reported to a maintenance by the cleaning staff, then there’s a problem with management. It gives the impression of doing as little as possible because people will stay so why fix anything?

Nice, clean and cozy. Breakfast for a cost each more was affordable and convenient. Even though the choices were the same each day, I loved that I didn't have to go outside. Staff was nice and friendly. Were qick in answering any questions i had. Was in walkable distance to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Our one bedroom apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower had definitely seen better days. The bathroom was clean but very dated, dark and gloomy. The sofa/sofa bed wasn’t very nice. However, because the view of the Eiffel Tower was fantastic, we could have forgiven that if the air conditioning had worked efficiently and the environment in the apartment hadn’t been so hot and humid. The windows couldn’t open, one air conditioning unit didn’t work and the other was less efficient than a decent fan would have been. Our sleep quality was terrible and made worse by the synthetic disposable mattress protector on top of a mattress covered with a synthetic material (Premier Inn bed this was not!). Really liked the area of Paris this hotel was in as it had lots of nice shops, bars and restaurants without being too touristy however, if/when we return, we would not stay in this hotel again.

Extremely happy with our stay-the room was very clean and in good shape. We had many amenities to make our stay comfortable. Did I mention the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower? Walking distance to the tower as well as transportation, restaurants and shopping. Would recommend

Lovely apartment but staff at checkin were awful the guy was rude and I felt like I had interrupted him, he gave no information about breakfast ie. what time or check out time, car parking info. When we came back in the evening it was totally different the staff were very helpful

Room was sufficient.

Excellent for families. We travelled with our infant and preschooler. The property was clean, separate bedroom and kitchen with grocery store nearby, hot shower/bath, great views and ideally located near to main attractions and transportation.

I stayed here three nights with my two children. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The two kids were able to share the sofa bed fairly comfortably (they are 9 and 10) lengthwise across the bed. We were on the top floor and had a partial view of the Eiffel Tower which was wonderful to see at night. The pool was closed due to maintenance which was a disappointment, although reception offered tickets to a local pool. Location was close to transit, within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, and surrounded by many delicious bakeries and cafes.

I put one star because zero wasn't an option . I was told there that room service isn't done until after the 8 days of staying there . Since the first day till the fourth day I reported the room telephone was broken. On the fifth day while I wasn't there, they fixed the phone by unplugging my phone charger and using my charging cable. The only good thing is the Eiffel tower view .

Really central, would recommend again for families. Only issue was our bed was two single pushed together. Which left a gap in the middle, and kept me awake. Overall tho I would book again

Only issue for toilet which not working well

The heating and cooling was an issue the air conditioning was not working and it was too warm to stay. Was sweating the entire night for the first day.

Location

Easy to walk to the Eiffel. Monoprix 5 mins walk away also a shopping mall. Restaurants and cafes all around as well. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment 2 adults and 2 boys aged 10 and 11. Bus stop right outside the building which we caught a bus and train to Disney for a day which was really easy. I would stay here again. We had a great time.

Our first family trip international on a foreign country. A little nervous. We had a great experience and felt safe in the neighborhood. We were trying to get home before 10:00pm. The hotel is located in a good area 7 min walking from Eiffel Tour. From there tourists can take Bus tours, boat tours, lots of places to visit. In a walking distance are grocery, stores, shopping mall in 2 blocks, trains. Bus is right at entrance of the hotel that makes easy to get places around the town. Help desk is very helpful and attentive to requests.
