The location is very strategic, there are many restaurants nearby, and really close to the supermarket, not to mention so close to the Eiffel Tower. The room is spacious and has a complete package like a vacuum and iron.

Hey, thank you! Your aparthotel more than I expected. Untuk orang Indonesia yang suka masak dan bawa makanan dari tanah air pasti suka deh sama kamar ini. Lengkap banget. Ada kompor, microwave, kettle electric, dan lain-lain. Terlengkap yang pernah aku inapi di Eropa. Sampai pisau, gunting, piring dan lain-lain disediakan. Lokasinya juga dekat ke mana-mana. Eiffel tinggal jalan sekitar 5 menit, ke bus stop dan metro juga dekat. Dan di bawah apart ada Korean market yang lengkap jajanan Korea-nya. Best aparthotel, I will back for sure!

Staff was generally helpful. AC was inconsistent throughout the night and in the elevators. Room was not the cleanest or biggest, but this is on par with most hotels in the area from my understanding. Otherwise, water is provided consistently and we felt mostly safe here. View of the Eiffel Tower was beautiful to wake up to!

Good communication, sorted a room to our request. Good view of The Eiffel Tower. Room was poorly maintained, rusty dishwasher rack, bath panel falling off, hole in the toilet wall plaster, signs of mould on the grout between tiles in the bathroom. In general the whole hotel feels a little dated with stains on carpets and damaged lift buttons etc. The entrance to the hotel is via an underpass which is not appealing and the area gets pretty smelly. Close to the number 30 bus and a nice ‘high’ street with shops, restaurants and cafes. Disappointing.

Location was great. It is 15 minutes walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. Having said that, the area around the apartment complex was dirty. There was a street corner where trash was dumped, including someone’s toilet, and it was sitting there for the whole one and a half week that we were at the hotel. The rooms are very cramped and I would not recommend getting a one bedroom suite for a family of four even though the description says it can sleep four. There just isn’t enough space for four people and all of their luggage in such a room. Hotel staff were polite, but unhelpful when a problem occurs. We had an issue with the only toilet going bad in the middle of the night and they told us they could do nothing until the next morning and even tried to blame the problem on us. They ended up letting us switch rooms, but it was annoying that this was only after we kept arguing and insisting. Also, we had to do the switch in the middle of the night, and there was no luggage cart and no help available. I will qualify this review by admitting that this is the first time we have stayed at a hotel in Paris and we are not sure if this is pretty standard for Parisian hotels.

Stay was good. The hotel doesn’t offer shower gel, shampoo and conditioners. That was very misleading since it said “free toiletries”. Also we paid for a king bed and we got a queen bed. Wasn’t too impressed with the AC either. It wasn’t cooling the apartment and we were very not at night. I don’t know if that’s the French culture but it was very uncomfortable. Overall, we had a good stay except those few things I mentioned. The view was amazing since we booked the Eiffel Tower view.

Close to Eiffel Tower and we walked there every evening. We were travelling with 2 kids and the apartment was very clean and modern. There are quite a few restaurants nearby to eat and a grocery store too. There is a kids play ground nearby the building.
There are few major downsides too. For the price for these larger apartments, they should have washer and dryer inside the apartments. They have them in a separate room but only 2 washers and 1 dryer working. Rest of them were out of order. Also, they don't clean the apartments daily and it will be in every 8 days or so. They have coffee pods for in room machine but won't replace them (only 4 were given). We were given first a room with lot of cigarettes smoke smell and when I complained, they gave another one (first they said there is no other replacement but I said we cannot sleep there with our kids).
Overall, the apartments are good but their lack of communication (never responded to my messages through Expedia), laundry facility, and refreshments made it not giving 5 stars.

Very nice hotel and rooms, but sone of the facilities were out of order, in particular most of the washing machines and the shower in the pool area. Also the airconditioning did not really work well and the controls in the room made no difference to the temperature or fan speed, which was annoying at night. Everyone was very nice, location is 10m to effilé tower, close to indoor shopping mall with indoor movie theatre, local market, bowling alley. Extra security to enter after certain hours with your key card which I appreciate. There are some homeless people around the corner on mattresses. Taxis line up out front, easy location for getting an Uber. If you stay 8 days or more you will receive a cleaning service for your suite. or pay $8e for light cleaning. The AC while available is extremely low low when it’s at the highest setting. With a kitchen was option, fridge and sink to cook, and heat something up in the micro. No coffee or tea are left although there is an empty box of nespresso offering. Wish the window could open for some fresh air and a breeze, luckily we didn’t cook, it would be warmer in the room. The elevator and property while everyone was being attentive with repairs, always see them cleaning and maintaining complimentary fruit water was a nice touch. 2 elevators for over 30 floors, but if you walk through to the stair case can access another two elevators. the last evening, I went to do laundry. 7 machines were out of order. leaving two for washing and one for drying. Must have euro coins to wash $7euro + $4euro dry (17m) I did two dry cycles and 1/2 my load was still wet. I took to the room as there is a line of people waiting their turn. I used the hair drier to dry before packing into luggage.

The hotel is very well- located for Metro, longer distance train, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping mall, movies, walking to the Seine and Eiffel Tower..
There is a trash room to take out your garbage and also a small fridge, microwave, stovetop in the room. The elevators were slow to arrive and crowded at times, but overall, this is a fine hotel that is in a residential, rather than busy touristy area. Much to explore if you walk a few blocks in any direction!

Staff was generally helpful. AC was inconsistent throughout the night and in the elevators. Room was not the cleanest or biggest, but this is on par with most hotels in the area from my understanding. Otherwise, water is provided consistently and we felt mostly safe here. View of the Eiffel Tower was beautiful to wake up to!

Good communication, sorted a room to our request. Good view of The Eiffel Tower. Room was poorly maintained, rusty dishwasher rack, bath panel falling off, hole in the toilet wall plaster, signs of mould on the grout between tiles in the bathroom. In general the whole hotel feels a little dated with stains on carpets and damaged lift buttons etc. The entrance to the hotel is via an underpass which is not appealing and the area gets pretty smelly. Close to the number 30 bus and a nice ‘high’ street with shops, restaurants and cafes. Disappointing.

Location was great. It is 15 minutes walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. Having said that, the area around the apartment complex was dirty. There was a street corner where trash was dumped, including someone’s toilet, and it was sitting there for the whole one and a half week that we were at the hotel. The rooms are very cramped and I would not recommend getting a one bedroom suite for a family of four even though the description says it can sleep four. There just isn’t enough space for four people and all of their luggage in such a room. Hotel staff were polite, but unhelpful when a problem occurs. We had an issue with the only toilet going bad in the middle of the night and they told us they could do nothing until the next morning and even tried to blame the problem on us. They ended up letting us switch rooms, but it was annoying that this was only after we kept arguing and insisting. Also, we had to do the switch in the middle of the night, and there was no luggage cart and no help available. I will qualify this review by admitting that this is the first time we have stayed at a hotel in Paris and we are not sure if this is pretty standard for Parisian hotels.

Stay was good. The hotel doesn’t offer shower gel, shampoo and conditioners. That was very misleading since it said “free toiletries”. Also we paid for a king bed and we got a queen bed. Wasn’t too impressed with the AC either. It wasn’t cooling the apartment and we were very not at night. I don’t know if that’s the French culture but it was very uncomfortable. Overall, we had a good stay except those few things I mentioned. The view was amazing since we booked the Eiffel Tower view.

Close to Eiffel Tower and we walked there every evening. We were travelling with 2 kids and the apartment was very clean and modern. There are quite a few restaurants nearby to eat and a grocery store too. There is a kids play ground nearby the building.
There are few major downsides too. For the price for these larger apartments, they should have washer and dryer inside the apartments. They have them in a separate room but only 2 washers and 1 dryer working. Rest of them were out of order. Also, they don't clean the apartments daily and it will be in every 8 days or so. They have coffee pods for in room machine but won't replace them (only 4 were given). We were given first a room with lot of cigarettes smoke smell and when I complained, they gave another one (first they said there is no other replacement but I said we cannot sleep there with our kids).
Overall, the apartments are good but their lack of communication (never responded to my messages through Expedia), laundry facility, and refreshments made it not giving 5 stars.

Very nice hotel and rooms, but sone of the facilities were out of order, in particular most of the washing machines and the shower in the pool area. Also the airconditioning did not really work well and the controls in the room made no difference to the temperature or fan speed, which was annoying at night. Carpark was excellent and very convenient, albeit a bit expensive

Everyone was very nice, location is 10m to effilé tower, close to indoor shopping mall with indoor movie theatre, local market, bowling alley. Extra security to enter after certain hours with your key card which I appreciate. There are some homeless people around the corner on mattresses. Taxis line up out front, easy location for getting an Uber. If you stay 8 days or more you will receive a cleaning service for your suite. or pay $8e for light cleaning. The AC while available is extremely low low when it’s at the highest setting. With a kitchen was option, fridge and sink to cook, and heat something up in the micro. No coffee or tea are left although there is an empty box of nespresso offering. Wish the window could open for some fresh air and a breeze, luckily we didn’t cook, it would be warmer in the room. The elevator and property while everyone was being attentive with repairs, always see them cleaning and maintaining complimentary fruit water was a nice touch. 2 elevators for over 30 floors, but if you walk through to the stair case can access another two elevators. the last evening, I went to do laundry. 7 machines were out of order. leaving two for washing and one for drying. Must have euro coins to wash $7euro + $4euro dry (17m) I did two dry cycles and 1/2 my load was still wet. I took to the room as there is a line of people waiting their turn. I used the hair drier to dry before packing into luggage.

The hotel is very well- located for Metro, longer distance train, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping mall, movies, walking to the Seine and Eiffel Tower..
There is a trash room to take out your garbage and also a small fridge, microwave, stovetop in the room. The elevators were slow to arrive and crowded at times, but overall, this is a fine hotel that is in a residential, rather than busy touristy area. Much to explore if you walk a few blocks in any direction!
