前台女士真的人很好，很不错的酒店。

房間應該要有空調但故障了，也沒提供電風扇，櫃台態度敷衍不理人，不推薦

Unhygienic, noisy and this property is in France so you have to pay for the public transport whereas if you are staying in Geneva you don't have to pay for public transport.

The photos used to advertise the room showed clean, modern spaces with wooden flooring, giving the impression of a well-maintained environment. In reality, what we experienced was completely different: • The room had heavily stained carpets, which gave the impression of poor hygiene. • Several plug sockets were dislodged from the walls, which appeared unsafe and posed a potential electrical hazard. • The hairdryer was rusted and emitted a burning smell when used, making it unsafe and unusable. • One of the pillows had a visible stain, further contributing to the overall feeling that the room was not clean or properly maintained. This was not only deeply disappointing but also unacceptable from a health and safety perspective. It is clear that the room provided was not the one we thought we were booking, based on your published photos and descriptions. We therefore respectfully request a full refund for this stay, as the accommodation did not meet the advertised standard and was misrepresented at the point of sale.

Fin lejlighed, god placering i forhold til offentlig transport til Genève. Man skal ikke forvente at personalet taler engelsk, men det går fint alligevel

Das Appartement war sehr gut. Es war sauber und groß. Die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer größer als gedacht. Das checkin war sehr gut. Wir haben kostenlos in der Seitenstraße geparkt. Küche war ausreichend, nur zu wenig Löffel.

El código que me dieron para entrar al inmuebles, era incorrecto , si no es por que nos abrió otro huésped hubiéramos que ir a buscar otro halojamiento.

Une étoile. L’odeur de cigarette était insupportable, camouflée par un parfum bon marché qui irrite la gorge toute la nuit. Mes enfants ont trouvé cela pénible. Le parking est facturé 10 euros alors que la barrière est cassée, donc aucune sécurité et quand nous sommes revenus nous avons dû attendre qu’une place se libère, donc 10 euros sans être sûrs d’avoir une place. L’état de la chambre est lamentable : moquette rapiécée, tâches d’humidité et de moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain… Hygiène approximative. Le prix est bien trop élevé pour un service aussi médiocre. Passez votre chemin, il y a bien mieux ailleurs.

Cancelled my reservation without informing me and support from Expedia was worse not answering my calls or messages

Value for price.

The stay could have been better if the central air cooling had not broken the day we arrived. The location is perfect if you intend to use the tram for going around Geneva. The staff was exceptionally helpful especially Laticia at the Front Desk, who helped sort out parking for me, provided a tower fan as the weather was too hot. Overall, the stay was comfortable enough for me to be happy to stay here again if I had to.

Me gustó lo cerca que estaba de la frontera y la atención de la recepción , nos atendieron fenomenal y atentos. El apartamento bien de espacio pero debería tener en cuenta que la moqueta es complicada de limpiar y al entrar la sensación es de suciedad aunque el resto esté bien.

Great location on the light rail

I definitely would never stay at this hotel again. Although it seemed cleaner than some of the reviews, the carpets had atrocious stains. Being only a few miles from Geneva it took us SO long to get into and out of downtown in a car. It would have been better to just stay in Geneva and eat the cost. The building was very dirty looking from the outside and overall not well kept. The breakfast was not worth the money. There were no decent restaurants in walking distance. In the middle of the night ( 1 AM) someone “pulled the fire alarm” and we had to stand outside for 1hr 40 minutes. While we were standing outside cigarette butts were falling from the windows. It seems like people were smoking and setting the alarms off. The fire department did not arrive for 40 minutes. The staff did not seem to know what to do. It was a wasted night of sleep for sure. We were told to go back in the building but the alarms were continuously starting again.
