Breakfast choice excellent, proximity to the airport perfect walking distance, overall great stay.

Check in was great lady was nice. The room was great very clean and bed was super comfy. Restaurant staff weren’t very friendly. We received an email saying food is served until 11pm which we thought was helpful as we had a late flight but when we got there at 9:50 we were told this is not the case so had to go out and try to find food on foot. Checkout was easy, again staff not friendly.

Proximity to airport & trams to the centre & airport. Would have liked more than one small pillow. Lady on reception was very helpful. Room was ok for 2 nights.

Great close walk to bus and airport

Breakfast was small variety but tasted great. AC was wonderful. Breakfast staff was a bit rude when I struggled/was slower than usual with my French and comprehension (Canadian, French is a second language but accented). Room wasn’t very clean. Small stains including small blood stains on the sheets, sink wasn’t wiped, toilet paper wasn’t refilled, shower flipped between very cold and very hot with no in-between.

Rude staff on reception desk and unresponsive from management. There was a fire alarm while we stayed there, and we ended up stuck in an outdoor emergency stairwell with a metal gate that wouldn’t open. After much effort and calling out to other patrons and staff, it opened. We approached front desk to advise of safety concern with the gate in an emergency and the front desk rep was argumentative, rude, mocking and unprofessional. Emailed manager and never heard back. I’d never go back! Upsetting stay. Also if you book this hotel, we paid extra in our reservation for breakfast. Don’t bother prepaying as no one seemed to be asked for their room number and everyone ate breakfast when we were there.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well equipped. All areas of the hotel were clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed and good shower.

A cama era incrivelmente confortável e a localização próxima ao aeroporto e de todas as possibilidades de transporte público de Nice são um grande diferencial. Somente o café da manhã poderia ser melhor, com alimentos mais frescos. Parece que é tudo comprado no mercado e requentado.

This hotel is in a great location for Nice airport terminal one. The room was small and basic but adequate for the few hours we spent in it. The air conditioning worked very well and the bed was comfortable. We did not try the food.

Good for one night next to the airport

This hotel is located just across from the Nice airport, so very convenient for extremely early flights of the day because you get the comfort of knowing that you're right by. I could not comment on many areas of the hotel because we checked in late and left very early at around 4am for a 6am flight out but we did notice that our toilet was very dirty! So gross that we had to close it upon entering the bathroom. Although the check-in lady was nice but she unfortunately gave us the wrong information about the shuttle between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. I specifically told her that we had a 6am flight out at Terminal 2 and would need to leave the hotel by 4am. She said no problem because Terminal 1 is just right across from the hotel (walkable) and there is shuttle service between the two terminals! ALAS, we found out that the shuttle does not start running until around 5am ONLY after we arrived at Terminal 1. By that time we figured it'd be perhaps much easier to just walk over than calling for a Uber in the wee hours. The walk took about 20 minutes, not easy with pushing big pieces of luggage along the streets! I just wish that we'd been provided correct shuttle information to have just Ubered to Terminal 2 in the first place.
