We stayed one night before catching a flight early the next morning. The room met all our needs for the one night though it was a little small and crowded with our two big suitcases. There is no refrigerator in the room which wasn’t needed for our one night but might be important to someone staying longer. The hotel is a short walk to the airport and we felt safe taking that walk early the next morning.

Excellent location for Nice airport and related transport (tram, trains, etc.). Easy walk from T1. Staff were incredibly friendly. Room was a good size and very clean. Common areas are really very good as well -- comfortable enough for a relaxed chat, but quiet enough for a casual business conversation. Very good overall. (4 out of 5 stars because the carpets in the hallways are stained, there are only two very small slow lifts for a fairly large hotel, and paper cups (instead of crockery) in the rooms.)

The room and bed were pretty good and close to terminal 1 but that was about it. There was no towels in room. Nophone to call reception. So I went down and they promised to get me towels before I got back from my meeting but still no towels. Had to go down again. This time they just gave me them up take up! WiFi so poor it’s unusable and really bad reception of data too. When I checked in the past said I put in room number and my name for WiFi. I tried every combination and didn’t work. Had to go to reception where the colleague said irs just first three letters of name only! All together frustrating and wouldn’t stay there again. It’s cheap yes but deservedly so.

Terrible situation where we were given room keys and someone was in the room. This happened 2 times before finally getting a 3rd room that was empty. I would not recommend. Bathroom toilet was not clean, nor was the shower.

The choices at the breakfast were already very limited but at 8:40am even all the cheese and fruit was gone! Asked the staff and they said that an earlier group had taken it all. Here's a free tip to the hotel staff: don't let earlier guests wipe out the breakfast buffet, reserve some for the later guests. Also the dinner didn't look great, it's worth going to the restaurant at the Radisson instead. A tip to other travellers walking from the airport terminal 1 (which is very close): don't believe Google Maps if it tells you to make a big loop. Walk up to the main road and turn right, passing just in front of the Sheraton. Room was comfortable.

Very nice staff, nice hotel and reception. Breakfast could be improved. Coffee was awful, bread was just ok and the cooked section was a disaster. Looked like the same reheated stuff every day. Didn't see anyone touch it, and I don't blame them.

Toiletries were absent except for a bag of liquid soap. Buffet dinner and lunch were very good. All clean, except bagged soap had leaked over shower floor and made it very slippery. Good location to get to Nice Airport on foot.

This hotel is fine for a very short stay near the airport, but I personally would recommend spending a bit more to stay somewhere cleaner and better maintained. The biggest issue was cleanliness and the overall condition of the property. The room had a persistent fish-like smell, the floors felt dirty and unkept, and the toilet continuously ran after flushing, which added to the feeling that the hotel is fairly rundown. The entrance area was also under construction during our stay, with hammering and workers throughout the property, so the arrival experience did not feel particularly clean or welcoming. The room itself is basic but manageable for the price, and the staff were okay, though not especially helpful. Overall, it worked for one night, but I would likely choose a different option next time for a slightly higher price point.

Great location for an early flight from the Nice airport. You can easily walk across the street to T1 and take a free tram to T2. Staff was friendly and helpful at check in. Room clean but very small which is fine for an overnight. We left too early to have breakfast.

After a day riding the train from Monterosso to Nice, we checked into Campanile PRIME at the Nice AIRPORT. We had a plane to catch the next morning. We chose Campanile because they bragged about the access to food all day long. We arrived at 5 pm hungry because we had no access to meals while riding the train. We were excited to see that the lounge would be offering several food items, including a burger. But then disappointed to learn dinner would not be offered until 7 pm. So we waited for two hours for a buffet dinner being offered at 7 pm. After eating dinner, we felt much better and even found the buffet options quite tasty.
