The room is very small, especially the shower room, it's very hard to turn around. The price isn't valued.

The room size was for 1 miget. It was noisy, too many stairs, no refrigerator, the shower was so small, I'm not sure why this is a 3 star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was nice and close to attractions. The room was a little snug. The bathroom was nice. The problem was we had no Wi-fi service our entire stay which was a major inconvenience.

We requested a handicap friendly room but even though they had an elevator We still had to climb down and attend. Flight us there to get to the bedroom..The noise from the elevator and all persons walking by the room going up and down stairs . All room are around steps and elevator all steps are wooden and make so much noise and persons voices from above and outside the rooms exhos inside the room.

Great location! No options for upgrading on our special occasion. Otherwise all went well

Staff was very helpful getting us a cab. Elevator stops between floors so had to carry luggage up or down stairs. No toiletries.

Staff and location are fabulous

The location was excellent! 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and the tour buses. A great Italian and very reasonable restaurant around the corner. Staff was helpful, spoke English and courteous. Extra coffee, tea, etc in the small kitchenette. The rooms are small but the location is terrific!!

Amazing time

Full of charm. My first time in Paris. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The hotel is in a fantastic location just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, which I absolutely loved! It really felt like being right in the heart of Paris. The place was very clean, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed at three properties while in Paris all booked through Expedia all in the same price range and this was the worst. The person at the front desk was scary. Our entire family felt uncomfortable with him. When I asked him if both our keys should work for the main door of our room (we had two separate rooms with a separate single entry door) without responding to me he aggressively took my key, ran up the stairs and tried the key only to tell me only one of the room door key will work for the front door. Also, prior to arrival I messaged the hotel a few days ahead to ask if I could drop the luggage a day early and have it stored. No one ever responded to my email.

Endroit très propre, accueillant et accommodant. Très près de la tour Effel.

El hotel tiene una ubicación muy buena pero la habitación es bastante apretada, el baño muy pequeño, cuando llegamos el joven que estaba en recepción dijo que era su primer día y no tenía idea de muchas cosas, tardó en atendernos y como que no entendía el sistema del hotel, creo que el precio es un poco alto para lo que ofrece

Le personnel est très sympathique et il y a une jolie vue sur la Tour Eiffel. Voilà pour le positif. Sinon les chambres sont extrêmement mal insonorisées, les pièces (chambre et salle de bain) sont très petites - il est difficile de circuler. Il n’y a pas de miroir dans la salle de bain, les toilettes font du bruit et il y avait des traces sur les murs et draps.
