Under construction, dirty, a lot of noise, very small rooms, bad sewage smells

Quaint hotel, however they wouldn't turn on the air conditioning.

It was a small room but the location was extremely convenient

This is a great hotel. Our room had an Eiffel Tower view which is really nice, the bed is comfortable and properly is clean. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is exceptionally good.

La propiedad estaba en medio de una remodelación, la cual no fue informada. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas, al utilizar la ducha el resto de la habitación se quedó sin electricidad, además, de uno de los tomas corrientes no tenía del todo electricidad. Por último, el aire acondicionado de la habitación estaba fuera de servicio. No regresaría a este hotel

Nice Boutique Hotel, near Eiffel Tower

The rooms are tight and some of the rooms and property were under renovation. The AC was not season ready, yet the total experience and staff was above pleasant. There is a small lift / elevator. We stayed for a week and walking was not an issue for the sites and transportation was fast and easy for some of the other places further away. We recommend the hop on and off bus tour for sure as well. We would stay again here.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I booked this hotel in Paris specifically for an Eiffel Tower view, but what I got was a view of surrounding buildings with just the tip of the tower barely visible — completely misleading and unacceptable. The elevator is absurdly small, fitting only two people and maybe three carry-ons. Not convenient at all, especially if you’re traveling with luggage. The bathroom was another disaster. It’s so cramped there’s barely enough space to turn around. The shower is poorly designed, facing the glass door, which doesn’t even close properly. After every shower, there was water all over the bathroom floor. Just a mess. To top it off, the hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, and the noise started at 8 AM sharp — loud and disruptive. We were never informed about this in advance, which is completely unprofessional. I will never stay here again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Paris has plenty of better options.

Understanding, helpfull and warm welcoming by staff. Custumer oriented despite week équipement in room. No soap except for shower/shampoo poor brand, nowhere to hang towels, no hairblower, cheap coffee and ordinary tea at disposal, no cream, blackout curtains not well enough installed, and transparency of daycurtains. For almost 200€ this is not worth it. I understanding you are renovating the hôtel, that's fine, and with electricity shutdowns you should have offered compensation. Thank God, thé staff was friends and apologized. I hope you treat them as they deserve.

They are in the process of remodeling the entire property and we were not advised prior to arrival. Very dusty with construction debris everywhere. Offered free breakfast to compensate but it was mediocre. I’d find another location to stay in Paris.

Property is very old and rooms are very small

The staff when above and beyond. Two days before we were due to check-in we were told our room had a water leak and they were going to put us in a different hotel across town. When we expressed concern about the distance, they made accommodations so we could stay at the original location. The rooms are small, and an average sized person would find the bathrooms, especially the shower, difficult to comfortably shower in, but we managed to make it work. Quick walk to the Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler. Plenty of food and shopping around the area. Bus and metro stops within 10-20 mins depending on where you want to go.
