The friendliness of the hotel staff does not compensate for the poor quality of the rooms.All the staff are very kind. However, there was a smell coming from the bathroom, and the room was dirty. I am so sorry but hotel has to know about it. Also, I booked it because it was advertised as having a view of the Eiffel Tower. But you can hardly see it. Throughout the stay, I could hear the conversations of three people in the next room, so I probably wouldn't recommend this accommodation. If you spend more money and go to another hotel, you might be able to create good memories in France. The staff were kind for sure, but I wanted to note that it was too uncomfortable and not clean.

밤에 도착했는데 설명도 불친절하고 방컨디션은 최악임. 여인숙수준임. 방음이전혀되지않아 옆방소음때문에 한숨도못잠. 방크기는 고시원수준임.

My room had issue with heater and ask few time to fix it but I guess they couldn’t or not but I had to sleep cold and finally I got cold the next day , not a good start by paying $190 for night and sleep in a cold room. My point not recommend this hotel a guest from worm country .

Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was charming and very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting!

The staff were lovely especially the lady who met us when we arrived & spoke to us when we left hotel unfortunately the hotel is going through some extensive modernisation but with dust & a loud drill which starts very early it is off putting but it would be a pleasure to return to see the rooms which hopefully has an adequate bathroom size instead of a shoe box size & the room was small but clean & the beds are so comfortable not far to get to tower which is a bonus & lots of places to eat along the way

Room was super small and hella dusty but the area was the only thing that was really good about it

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Property location is great! The room and bathroom are very tiny. Hard to function and get ready in such a small space. The room got pretty stuffy and warm at night - The AC did not work and the windows did not have a screen so we did not feel safe leaving them open since our room was located on the first floor. The walls are also very thin - You could hear everything. However, for the price and location it was good for a short stay. Probably would not stay here if our trip was anything longer than 3 days. No complaints about the staff - They were pleasant.

The staff was rude

Very poor quality hotel for the price. Severely outdated room, staff was rude to me. Photo deceiving as it depicts you will see the Eiffel tower from your room. Walls VERY thin, very disruptive from neighboring rooms. Would not recommend.

Mold throughout the room on the ceiling. Smelt musty.

Room was small but nice. Walls are very thin between neighbors. Staff is VERY loud starting around 7:30am to afternoon.

The property was close to all the major attractions. However, the rooms are very small and they didn’t turn on the heating in our room until a certain time during the night . I don’t know if that’s a Paris thing shower very small. Daily housekeeping was fantastic. Breakfast selection was ok. Besides all of this our stay was pleasant and memorable.

Location is good, but the cleaning work is not very well. The key tab expired twice during our stay. the optional breakfast is just so.

Paid for a room overlooking the tower, instead facing a building across the street. Had to toss luggage from elevator to stairs leading to room.

Mr Obaid and Mrs Fania is an excellent service provided for us ! They both are deserved a recognition because they go out there way to please our vacation! We love them .*****

The room was clean, staff was helping and nice. It was conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, Eiffle Tower, metro.
