The friendliness of the hotel staff does not compensate for the poor quality of the rooms.All the staff are very kind. However, there was a smell coming from the bathroom, and the room was dirty. I am so sorry but hotel has to know about it. Also, I booked it because it was advertised as having a view of the Eiffel Tower. But you can hardly see it. Throughout the stay, I could hear the conversations of three people in the next room, so I probably wouldn't recommend this accommodation. If you spend more money and go to another hotel, you might be able to create good memories in France. The staff were kind for sure, but I wanted to note that it was too uncomfortable and not clean.

밤에 도착했는데 설명도 불친절하고 방컨디션은 최악임. 여인숙수준임. 방음이전혀되지않아 옆방소음때문에 한숨도못잠. 방크기는 고시원수준임.

My room had issue with heater and ask few time to fix it but I guess they couldn’t or not but I had to sleep cold and finally I got cold the next day , not a good start by paying $190 for night and sleep in a cold room. My point not recommend this hotel a guest from worm country .

Room and bathroom extremely small. Entire bathroom less than 1.5 m squared. They called us a taxi when we left it it was scam and paid twice going rate.

Room was clean but very small. We had some issues with the electrical outlets, but they were fixed the next day. They did move us to a slightly bigger room the last two days, but the hot water was out for 2 days ... The staff was very nice and spoke English, lots of restaurant options around the hotel and the Eiffel tower is only a 8 minute walk. Wish we had a room with the Eiffel tower views though.

Wonderful

Due to a transportation breakdown I had to stay one night in Paris and picked this as being inexpensive and close to the Eiffel Tower. Hotel looks unassuming from the outside but is vintage and very charming inside. Front desk is manned 24 hours so it's no problem getting in if you stay out very late. I had room 426, nice view of the Eiffel Tower from my window and 15 minute walk to get there, lots of restaurants/ bars/ shops in the area but hotel is on a quiet side street. Metro to CDG also only 15 minute walk.

Staff at check-in was polite and helpful. The room was small but clean with a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Close to the Eiffel Tower and lots of restaurants and shopping.

Staff was friendly, my room had a beautiful view to the Eiffel Tower, location was great and just minutes away to amazing patisseries and train/metro.

Lovely staff, clean, warm, cosy, quirky hotel. close to everything.

Rommet var rent, intimt og koselig. Personalet var 10/10! Utrolig hyggelig dame som tok oss i mot og sjekket om rommet var ledig før tiden, og frokost damen som møtte oss med godt humør begge morgenene vi spiste frokost var med på å starte dagen på en bra måte! Hotellet ligger i veldig kort avstand fra Eiffeltårnet og gode restauranter! Også mulighet for klesvask i umiddelbar nærhet. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake!

Had the best view of the Eiffel Tower. Staff were very friendly and helpful with my questions. The building was beautiful in a perfect location. Loved my stay here! Thank you
