The staff here's are great. The hotel room is pretty comfortable, and its quite convenient since the metro station is about 5 to 10 minutes away.

The family room for 4 person, unlike advitised pictures, was smaller than expected. There was not enough floor space for 4 luggages.

地點非常好的一樓可以看到巴黎鐵塔，但假如有買貴重物品記得鎖行李箱裡，在最後一天整理房間時，找不到我前幾天買的chanel別針，最後發現被夾在床架與床墊之前，不知道是否為清潔人員所為，但那個地方不太可能會是不小心掉進去

客室が良い トリプルルームは広くトイレと浴室は別部屋です 窓からエッフェル塔が見えるのも素晴らしいです 周囲にはカフェ、メトロ、コインランドリー、タクシー乗り場が近くにあり便利です タクシーはホテルに頼まない方がいいです

Das Zimmer war so groß wie ein schuhkarton. Ich habe vor 4(!) Monaten gebucht und reingeschrieben, bitte mit Aussicht auf Eiffelturm, weil wir über den Geburtstag meiner Freundin da waren. Hat nicht geklappt, auch vor Ort hat kein Tausch geklappt, weil alles belegt war. Für mich unverständlich; wie sowas nicht klappen kann obwohl man Monate vorher den Wunsch reinschreibt. Die Kommunikation war auch schlecht, die Dame kann kein vernünftiges Englisch und wir konnten kein Tausch vornehmen, weil misskomunikation vorlag. Das Zimmer hat nach Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel gestunken. Das Badezimmer war 1 Quadratmeter, der Gestank war bestialisch. Unser Fenster ging nicht auf, wir hatten Aussicht auf Abflussrohre! Die Isolation war so schlecht wir haben einfach alles gehört. Wenn jemand auf Klo war oder geduscht hat, wir konnten alles mithören. Ausschlafen ging auch nicht, da die putzkräfte beim putzen Musik hören und dann wurde man immer pünktlich zwischen 8 und 9 geweckt. In der Nacht war alles aber ruhig. Das Zimmer ist definitiv nicht für zwei Personen gedacht! Das Bett war einfach 1,40 Meter breit!! Für zwei ERWACHSENE Menschen definitiv zu Klein. Für den Preis ist das Hotel eine absolute Frechheit. Ich kanns gar nicht empfehlen. Zwei Sterne nur für die hervorragende Lage. Alles andere war eine reine Katastrophe. NIE WIEDER! Für den Preis hätte man sich ein Luxus Hotel leisten können!!

The room was spacious and the wifi was extremely quick however upon arriving it definitely wasn't what we expected. we expected to have some what of a city view just like what the listing shows but they ended up giving us a ground floor unit with no windows and a few steps away from reception which was super disappointing for the price we paid!

Excelente custo benefício! Hotel muito bem próximo a todas as melhores atrações e pontos turísticos da cidade, a poucos metros do metrô, equipe de atendimento muito atenciosa, quarto com cozinha bem equipada.

My daughter and I enjoyed a 3 night stay here. We found the area perfect for our needs, safe and convenient. Wtih a view of the Eiffel tower from our window and front of hotel, it was perfect !

Café da manhã com pouca variedade; quarto com carpet; calefação muito alta e sem possibilidade de alterção. Porém a localização é excelente, tudo muito limpo e equipe gentil.
