Elysees Union Hotel

My daughter and I enjoyed a 3 night stay here. We found the area perfect for our needs, safe and convenient. Wtih a view of the Eiffel tower from our window and front of hotel, it was perfect !

Family of 4 in one room, was perfect. The location is amazing, 15 minutes from Eiffel Tower and 10 minutes away from arch the Triumph. But still not as touristy, very close to train stations. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was nice and the view of Eiffel Tower was a must. We prepaid the breakfast which was served in a very cute area downstairs and have us a great start of the day. I highly recommend it.

Very courteous helpful staff. Very nice room for the price. Excellent breakfast. They had maintenance issues on our first night so they put us up in a sister hotel (the Ceramic) which was not as nice. Great access to local attractions. Relatively safe and quiet neighborhood.

Convenient location…very walkable to most everything we wanted to see and do.

Pros: 1. good location. awesome view of Eiffel Tower from the front doors. 2. good walking distance to multiple public transportations (bus, subway, trains). 3. Breakfast was okay. Cons: if you travel with a baby, BEWARE. 1. They make you leave your stroller downstairs in the lobby. I was not happy about this because our stroller was expensive. I even offered to pack the stroller away in its airline travel bag, but they refused, and couldn’t give me a reason as to why. Not impressed. 2. They mention they have cribs. They DO NOT. We were presented a broken, stained and ripped pack and play with no mattress, just a folded up blanket on the bottom. My son is only 9 months and sleeping with blankets like that was a suffocation risk. When we complained they did nothing. Expedia customer service even called to complain and nothing was done to help us. My husband slept on the uncomfortable pullout and my son had to sleep with me the entire time. 3. Sheets were stained. New sheets were brought and those ones were also stained. 4. Heating/cooling in the room was touch and go. 5. Bathroom had horrible layout. We couldn’t close the bathroom door without stepping into the shower.

Room clean. Little warm needed to open window a while. Friendly staff. 10 minute wall to effel tower.

The washroom can be improved. Looks like it’s not working. No complete set of toiletries was provided unlike American and Canadian hotels. No laundry bag, no microwave oven, no

Ideal location for a Paris holiday, lively cafes and resteraunts near by, hotel is a small one but rooms good sized. Would say the hotel needed modernising though. Good stay.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Lovely view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Room was a little small for 4 people and the breakfast area was busy but the location, cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the hotel was great.

We had one room that hadn’t been remodeled with a courtyard view .. and then an exterior remodeled room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and a “balcony” that you can’t really sit on to enjoy. So although the view was nice the second room it wasn’t really worth the price. Stay at a Marriott and save your money!

Location is fair and walkable to the Eiffel Tower. Clean, staff very helpful. Would stay there again.

Beds were hard as rocks. The location was great for sights and shopping.

Most staff are nice but I had a bad experience with an older man in the lobby I arrived early and I had been in communication with the hotel that I would be arriving early. Once I got there the man at the desk said check in is at 2. I asked him if there will be any rooms available before then and he replied with check in is at 2, mind you it’s 9am. So I sit down in the lobby trying to figure out what to do for 5 hours and I go back up to him and ask if there is anywhere I can put my luggage. He said “of course” but his demeanor was extremely irritated. I came back to the hotel around 12 and saw that the man wasn’t at the front desk anymore and asked the woman at the desk if there are any rooms available and she said yes and checked me in. She was extremely polite. And accommodating. The old man at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. Also the hotel itself is extremely outdated. The bathrooms need to be renovated, the only upside is the location.

Hotel is close to restaurants & attractions. Walkable to metro or bus stations. Staffs are friendly, rooms are clean & comfortable.

The room was very spacious for my family and I. Walkable bakery cafes and pharmacies nearby. The view of the eifel tower from a far is amazing! Will definitely come back ❤️

As a family of 4, we had a quadruple room and it was great. We loved the location, in between the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. There was a great bakery close by and Joe the Juice around the corner for morning juice/coffee and Gluten Free sandwiches!

Courteous staff. Safe and clean. Breakfast was not very good at the hotel but there were excellent options nearby.
