Excellent communication

We had an excellent time in our fairly spacious balcony quadruple room. Would’ve love it more if there was water fountains around.

The place is nice, has an Eiffel Tower view but you can’t check in earlier. The rooms are great for bigger groups but for the condition I think it’s overpriced

The night front desk clerk showed up at my door late night with a bottle of champagne and two glasses. He first called my room and told me a guest has purchased a bottle of champagne for me and he was going to bring it to my room, I said NO THANK YOU. Moments later he knocked on my door, I said NO! closed the door and put the deadbolt on and my suitcase in front of the door. The next evening I moved to my girlfriends room. This was extremely inappropriate. I felt very awkward when I saw him at the desk the rest of my stay at your hotel when I saw him. I chose not to say anything until I checked out for fear of repercussion from him. The night before he came to my room I saw him smoking outside with a young female guest who seemed intoxicated, he had put back in 5 minutes sign on the front desk window.

Perfect 3 days in paris ,this hotel was in walking distance of both the arc de triumph and eiffel tower which we could also see from our balcony room 215 ,nice continental breakfast each morning too definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

Stayed here for 5 days - close to the Eiffel Tower however quite the distance to most attractions. This is more in a residential area. The good news is that there are many good dinning options. The hotel was clean and staff was great. No opportunities for early check in Skip the breakfast - instead go around the corner to a cafe The elevator is small - and there is only 1 Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Aircon is not working yet .Had a headache when woke up in the morning because room is warm with temperature of 23 degree. And to think that we came late at night so we really heed a much awaited comfortable sleep. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The room was very small for a family of 4. It’s a lot of money to sleep on a fold out sofa bed for 2 nights. Not the family room detailed in the website. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly and we found items belonging to the previous occupant. But the worst thing was that the toilet and hand sink were at opposite ends of the room. The toilet (only a toilet) was in a small cubicle in the walk in wardrobe but the sink was in another cupboard across the room. This created massive hygiene issues. Every person using the toilet has to opened 3 doors with unclean hands before reading a sink !!!!! I’ve never seen anything like it. There was more than enough space in the toilet area to include a small sink for handwashing. Imagine also having to do all this in the dark in the middle of the night while trying to avoid hitting your legs on the fold out bed which took up all the floor space. The cupboard with the sink also had a shower but the sink blocked the shower door from opening correctly. They would be better to move the sink to the same water closet as the toilet and allow the other space to be used as a shower room only. The hotel was conveniently located, the reception area and corridors were well decorated, our view was poor (an internal courtyard) despite requesting a better view. Breakfast was good for a continental option. Thankfully we were not in the room much otherwise I would have been ver aggrieved.

Area very walk-able and safe, hotel staff were super helpful and welcoming. Only qualm was the dated fixtures in the room, the bathroom doorknob fell off when I touched it and the carpet/doors were pretty aged. Otherwise, lovely.

Only downside was that there are NO laundry facilities as stated in Expedia property information.

Excellent hotel with great service and a great location. Easy access to the metro and very close to several restaurants.

There is a great view of the Eiffel Tower from the front door of this property. There are very easy restaurants and bakeries to walk to from this hotel. It's very easy to get to the Metro from this hotel. It's also very easy to walk to the Arc De Triumph from this hotel. They clean the room everyday and make the beds. Our room is very spacious and accommodated five people very easily. The hotel was very enjoyable and just needs some fine touch ups with hard to clean spots in the room.

Friendly front desk, breakfast ok, agree with others better off buying breakfast at a cafe….due to limited choices available. Room was smaller and not what we expected, booked a queen with 2 twins and was given a queen with a pullout. Room is very small and outdated. Bathroom the tiniest I have ever seen. hairdryer from the 1970s, have never seen one like it. No fridge or microwave in room. Location was pretty good. Close to metro and Eiffel tower. For $400 a night expected more.
