We stayed here for 1 night while waiting for flight the following day. It was walking distance to Gare de l’Est which I saw when I was waiting for my bus the following morning.
Our room consists of 1 main bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 separate room with a twin bed. Both rooms have small balcony. I can see people enjoying this during nice days. The smaller room light switch was not working but lamps did. The washroom was spacious, hand soap and body wash were provided. There is also a table and chair, cabinet to hang your coat. We didn’t know how to change temperature but the heater was hot. I don’t think there is air conditioning, thus fan is provided. There were a lot of boulangerie nearby and that’s what I did in the morning.
CON: No light on the sign outside so very hard to see at night.
Also be aware of the bicycle lane in front of the hotel - these cyclists are crazy and cycle very fast

The location is very convenient, only few mins walk to Gare du Est. The lobby is very decent. The room including toilet is unexpectedly spacious compared to other similar price hotels I have stayed in Paris. The room is clean and neat. They offered 2 bottle la of water everyday.

Todo muy bien, el Personal muy amable, las habitaciones sencillas pero limpias, buena ubicación cerca de metro, buses y muchos restaurantes, las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado ni nevera (para verano indispensable) pero tiene ventilador y la verdad nos sentimos calor, estuvimos del 5 al 7 de julio en pleno verano, sino coges desayuno vale 11€

Noisy. We could hear the conversation in the next room. Did not refill coffee, sugar from day to day. Soap dispenser at the sink did not work, despite bottle being full.
On the better side, the bed was very comfortable.
