1. The design at lobby are fantastic 2. Super good service on the day we arrived with Mr. Albert? 3. Location are nice and convenient. Nearby got a lot of bakery shops. One of chain supermarket just in front of the hotel. 4. Just within 6 minutes walking distance from Metro station to the hotel (Plaisance) 5. Room got air-con but toilet design not friendly and easily to flood. Exhaust not good enough. 6. Cleanliness not good enough. Bed sheet with blood and floor got a lot dusty and hairs....

Fred hotel locates in a good location. Very close to metro station and a big supermarket Simply is just nearby. Plenty of restaurant over there and I saw a laundry near the hotel. The CS service is good. Each time when I emailed them, I got prompt reply. This is much better than other hotels.

位置近metro, 位於14區, metro出口2分鐘便到, 沿路有生果店， 超級巿場，寧靜，治安亦算好. 酒店房沒有雪櫃， 沒有風景，比較細，隔音較差，但十分乾淨， 每天提供很多包茶包， 不同味道！

酒店位置很不錯，三人房很大，很有文化藝術氣息。周圍環境寧靜，

我住的是豪华双人房，当时订的是110欧元/天，住了10天，我住的是最高的楼层，六楼，有天窗，房间大概17平米，在巴黎算大的，旁边离地铁站很近，出行方便，周边很多饭店和超市，整体印象很不错。 不过，后几天房屋清扫没有前几天好，有一天马桶都没有清理干净，有几天没有更换毛巾，不过这都不是大问题。

the room with coffee machine is good but not a big room. the location is good near metro and supermarket but a little far from city center. Taking bus no.62 should be the nearest bus stop to the hotel if you take big luggage and not take metro with many stairs. Overall staff are nice and room is clean. but nothing special exactly.....

Hôtel très propre , personnel très sympathique. Beaucoup de restaurant et boutique autour. Si vous voulez vivre une experience plus authentique, pour cela c’est une excellente emplacement. Plusieurs arrêtes de métro à quelques minutes de marche .

Small rooms, sink outside the bathroom that i find weird???? Rooms are a bit rund down, hard beds and rooms are not very sound proof. Its decent overall, wish there was a fridge in the room.

Hotel propre, et dans un quartier vivant et agreable. Entre 2 stations de la ligne 13. Très pratique

Only stayed for 1 night and it was great. We opted for a smoking room which came with a very large open area perfect to relax and chill in the evening after our eventful day. Room was clean, bathroom was small and the shower was very small felt a bit claustrophobic as there was no glass just a shower curtain. The sink was outside the bathroom which did work for us especially if one of us was using the shower etc. The only issue I found was the door to the bathroom was of a glass which wasnt see through but you could sort of see the other person which was strange and there was no lock which meant my toddler was able to open it especially if one of us was inside. Close to the metro station which was a plus point. Wasnt in a congested area again plus point. Parking was in another location about 5 mins away which was fine for us and it was secure.

Unfortunately, we had a rather negative experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, our room wasn’t ready, and we had to wait 25 minutes before checking in. The room itself was okay, but the third bed made an extremely loud noise, which made it difficult to sleep. Although the area was mostly quiet, we could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room, which gave a poor impression of the soundproofing. On the first night, the phone in our room rang twice around 1:30 AM. We didn’t answer, as we were confused and quite scared. When we asked reception the next morning, they had no explanation. This made us feel unsafe. Breakfast was also a big disappointment – only baguette, butter, jam and coffee ... were offered. The breakfast area was cramped, located right next to the reception, with only about 15 seats. It felt uncomfortable, and we regretted choosing the breakfast option. Several items listed in the hotel’s advertisement were missing, such as coffee capsules, bottled water, and newspapers. We brought this up with the staff, but nothing was done. At one point, I tried to boil water, and a lot of dirt came out – very unhygienic. We will not be returning and unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The location is ideal and walkable. There are restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores, and metro stations nearby. Loved the area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Fred Hotel! It’s a cute and welcoming boutique hotel that’s off the beaten path with a friendly staff. Hotel and rooms were clean and mirrored the pictures online as advertised. I was a solo traveler and room was a perfect and comfortable size for me. The neighborhood has more of a residential feel so it feels like you’re living more of the “real” Parisian life. Hotel also has a cute outdoor patio area. There are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants in short walking distance from hotel and 15-30min drive to the main Paris tourist areas.
