Fred Hotel

The staff was great. It was a bit crowded for breakfast. The shower was difficult to use while keeping water in the tub. The location was very convenient for not being right in the core. Everything was well maintained and they were clearly trying to maintain a high standard.

Room was clean, staff was helpful, I think the hotel is under renovation, the bathtub had no shower and no curtain, this mean the water splash to the floor, if tall this will be very uncomfortable. Parking is secure and is inside small hospital, you will have to walk about 3 blocks, it is about 20 mins Uber drive to tourist sites. We did not take breakfast at the hotel, but it looked clean.

Fabulous location and hotel.

The housekeeping was excellent, the room was always spotless. The bed and linens were SO comfy, perfect for a weary traveller to lay their head. Room was tastefully decorated in a modern style and it was quiet. Hard to believe you were in the middle of Paris.

The location is great. Metro station is one block away, so in 20 minutes you can be in the middle of the tourist places. Cafes, Boulangeries, etc. are near and at night is quite and silent.

Very nice and cozy hotel. Amazing people working there, very helpful. The district seems very safe and there is multiple restaurants within few minutes walking.

Hôtel très propre , personnel très sympathique. Beaucoup de restaurant et boutique autour. Si vous voulez vivre une experience plus authentique, pour cela c’est une excellente emplacement. Plusieurs arrêtes de métro à quelques minutes de marche .

Location is quite a walk to most attractions

Only stayed for 1 night and it was great. We opted for a smoking room which came with a very large open area perfect to relax and chill in the evening after our eventful day. Room was clean, bathroom was small and the shower was very small felt a bit claustrophobic as there was no glass just a shower curtain. The sink was outside the bathroom which did work for us especially if one of us was using the shower etc. The only issue I found was the door to the bathroom was of a glass which wasnt see through but you could sort of see the other person which was strange and there was no lock which meant my toddler was able to open it especially if one of us was inside. Close to the metro station which was a plus point. Wasnt in a congested area again plus point. Parking was in another location about 5 mins away which was fine for us and it was secure.

The location is ideal and walkable. There are restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores, and metro stations nearby. Loved the area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Fred Hotel! It’s a cute and welcoming boutique hotel that’s off the beaten path with a friendly staff. Hotel and rooms were clean and mirrored the pictures online as advertised. I was a solo traveler and room was a perfect and comfortable size for me. The neighborhood has more of a residential feel so it feels like you’re living more of the “real” Parisian life. Hotel also has a cute outdoor patio area. There are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants in short walking distance from hotel and 15-30min drive to the main Paris tourist areas.

Staff was very friendly!

The hotel was situated on a quiet street and the staff were so nice and helpful. There was only one evening where we head a large party up to about 4AM from the neighborhood. The facilities are excellent although a bit small with the dining area quite busy in the morning. The rooms were well appointed with the bathroom and shower working fine. As noted by others - the rooms are small and could be a bit cramped for two people sharing a standard room with two suitcases. The location is very nice with easy walking to two metro stations and nice neighborhood brasseries, shops, and cafes within ten minute walking.
