Clean room - stayed 2 wks. Staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurants and groceries (convenience store) close by. Buses close by. Loved the area, lots to see and you can take a bus or 2 to get places. Not sure about laundry never needed..brought enough so i don't need to worry about it.

The attention and care given by our host Mauricio during check-in and throughout our stay truly went above and beyond. He made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for an authentic Paris experience with small, cozy rooms and a great location, this is definitely the place to stay. Highly recommend.

A very good location from Eurostar and to different metro lines. The room is a bit small for 2 single beds and we had trouble walking around the room. Very helpful staff and the room is clean. The area is also safe to walk around

Equipe Maravilhosa, principalmente o funcionário que estava de madrugada e localização muito boa. Fiz tudo a pé!
Fiquei apenas uma noite mas achei o o hotel escuro, mto barulho do hóspede do lado de escutar o ronco o chuveiro se liga a água mais forte ele gira e molha o banheiro todo.
e o quarto tinha um cheiro ruim de coisa fechadaZ

Great location, courteous staff but the facility itself needs improvement. Bathroom lighting was terrible, shower door wasn’t sealing and you flooded bathroom with every shower.
