Staff and service excellent. However so called wine bar offered just 2 wines by the glass of which at least one was unavailable. We were served a replacement at €9 per glass which literally undrinkable. Rather visit one of the numerous local bars or wine venues!!

Room was sizable for a boutique hotel. Loved the decor ( working record player with records in the room, as well as books ) and proximity to la Sorbonne, book stores, and all necessary shops and dining options.

As a tourism professional and well travelled person, my theory is that this hotel has an unimpressive façade, small missable entrance and dark, gloomy interior. My taxi driver had difficulty finding it. The current roadworks nearby makes it very inconvenient for taxis to drop you off or pick you up or to roll your luggage on rough, uneven pavements. This hotel is very overpriced for its very basic and small rooms. Mine had a bathroom with a bathtub and shower hose that was impossible to stand up in and use due to sloping roof. Had I known that, that would have been a definite deal breaker for me. Thankfully I only spent one night. Not good value for money at all. Stay elsewhere with an equally good location but better facilities.

Excelente custo x benefício, localização ótima com várias opções de bar e restaurantes, perto da Sorbonne e Quartier Latin, região de Paris que eu mais gosto, dá para fazer muita coisa a pé.

I am a big fan of French theory. I like the rooms, the people, the coffee area. I highly recommend it. Location is near Luxembourg Gardens and the Sorbonne and when not under construction, the street is quiet.

The property is near Sorbonne university and San Michelle blv. It is decent for one person. Clean and organized. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Excelente custo x benefício, situado no quartie latin (para mim o bairro mais legal de Paris), é perto de vários pontos turísticos, é possível vir de trem do aeroporto. Muito bom. Vale a pena

Helpful Staff. In my mind, the best rooms are on the upper floors facing Rue Cujas .. more light and air, and potentially quiteter! This hotel is conveniently situated near Luxembourg RER (6 min walk) for rapid transit to CDG. Central location is ideal for 3-7 day visit and for guests who do not plan to spend a lot of time in the smaller rooms.

It locates in a convenient area. Close to Luxembourg RER station so you can get there from CDG directly. There’s a road construction going in from of the hotel but I didn’t hear any noise. Rooms are very small very typical in Paris. We got almost everything we needed in our room except hair conditioner. Tea kettle was there too. First room we stayed had a unpleasant smell like sewage or fungus in bathroom so we asked to change room and the hotel

Super convenient. Pleasant room facing the street. Fast, friendly, unfussy service. Nice vibe. As the name implies, the aesthetic is ”conceptual” (sparse, hard surfaces, black, white, mirrors), which also unfortunately means yoga mat but no shoehorn, but by and large it is done with intelligence, humour and little to cringe over. Nice to work from.
