A very good location from Eurostar and to different metro lines. The room is a bit small for 2 single beds and we had trouble walking around the room. Very helpful staff and the room is clean. The area is also safe to walk around

I really enjoyed my stay here and thought it was a great value for the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the dining options around and there’s easy transport connections. My only critiques are that a few nights, I heard loud music from my room that seemed to be coming from the ground level; nothing earplugs didn’t fix, but not ideal. I had breakfast one morning at their restaurant; the omelet was great but the croissant was not good. Overall, I recommend and plan to look here again when I return to Paris.

Hidden gem in Area heart of Paris, our bathroom layout was not accommodating, sink was almost on top of toilet. we chose the 2 bunk beds bedroom, great for a family of 4! One bunk bed was pretty unstable, needs adjusting- but mattress were comfortable! Room temp got too warm so we opened window to cool it! Staff was courteous and helpful- and coffee shop in the lobby was surprisingly good w a varied menu and the waitress goes above and beyond!

I enjoyed my stay at French Theory. Friendly staff. Cool Interiors and great coffee and food.

I was on my own and it was a great value room - clean and good location for an early airport RER. Has a little cafe and close to some good restaurants/walks around Paris.

La calefaccion de la habitación no funciono pero el clima en paris fue bondadoso esa noche. Todos los caballeros fueron muy amables y serviciales, pero a la llegada lamentablemente la chica del check in nos explico nada sobre el hospedaje aun no hablamos ingles fluido entendiamos. Por lo demas lo recomiendo accesible muy cercano a todo a pie o RER y para una o tres noches es exc opción

Very small, but it is Paris. Very clean. Staff were polite. Couldn’t hear neighbors, which is nice because I got sick and was scared my neighbors would get annoyed of my coughing. Worth the price.

Perfekt läge! Trevlig personal. Rent och fräscht! Trevligt område med många bistro/caféer/brasserier - nära sevärdheter och ligger bra till för att gå hem om kvällen.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was super friendly, and the location was great.

I stayed for two nights as a solo traveller. The location is excellent. Walking distance to Pantheon, Luxemberg gardends and Notre Dame Cathedral. 1 short walk to Metro stations and also close to Sain Germaine area. If you do not mind small rooms, this hotel is reasonably priced and well situated. I would definitely stay there again.

Tout. Seul conseil : laisser un miroir "grossissant" pour le maquillage des dames (soit sur pied avec lumière intégrée, soit fixé sur le mur de la SdB à côté du lavabo)
