Small boutique hotel with such a wonderful personalized staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. It was literally five minutes from Champs Elysees and probably 8 minutes from Arc de Triomphe. Our second time in Paris and a great find.

Very friendly and helpful staff. However, the hotel is not equipped to be a 5-star or 4-star hotel.
Smelly hallways, rusty bathrooms/floors, and most importantly air conditioning was not working in the first room I got they moved me to a room with air conditioning that is barely satisfactory.

Forget about calling them for any thing, they won’t answer the phone.
Worse, they lock the door and you can’t go out if you have an early morning flight! We almost missed our flight because the main door was locked and no one was around.
It’s actually a safety issue, what if there’s fire? We’ll all be toast!

I liked the property. My room wasn’t bright and I couldn’t see as much but for one night was ok.
I had no conditioner for the amenities, I asked and they simply didn’t have.
The restaurant was closed so I couldn’t use it for dinner. Very nice location and the staff is very professional
