Good services since check in , and possible late checkout is great. Breakfast a bit rush during Xmas time , but all foods in high Quality...yummy too.

Very clean and good room service, during the covid-19, they sent paid breakfast to our room. The room is big and comfortable

洒店大多給商务客住，洗水盆，水龍制是破壞了，未有收理，就讓客戶入住，不可接受。

在网上搜索的时候，显示出套房可以住4大1小。但床只有一个king size的床。为了确定情况，预定前发了邮件给酒店。酒店回复说：“加一个沙发床，再加一个单人床给小孩。”其实同价格，也是可以预定同酒店的两个普通双人房。但因为是平安夜，想着几个女生可以一起聊天热闹一下。所以最终选择了套房，哪怕已经知道沙发床没有那么舒服。到了酒店check in的时候，前台很惊讶说不可能(impossible)有5个人的房间。我就说在网站上预定，还特意发过邮件的。后来另外一个前台来问了姓名查到订单，就说：“it's ok。既然网站可以订，我们就给你这个房间。”但我觉得很奇怪，就再问为什么另外一个同事很惊讶。他回答说：“因为处于安全原因，不可以住那么多人一个房间。”我听完就有点不高兴，既然是网站出错，发邮件的时候为什么不说，再到了check in 既然不安全，为什么还继续让我们那么多人住。也没有一句道歉，也没有说给我们多一个房间，确保安全一点。之前在别的希尔顿入住，因为给错了房型，马上就免费upgrade房间。早餐也是很普通（几款冷肉奶酪，热的就培根香肠炸薯饼炒蛋和豆子，还有一些酸奶和麦片，以及很少的水果），连cappuccino都要自己拿杯子去机器上拿。跟其他3星比都还差一些。

Everything about our trip was amazing for our Christmas vacation. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast, and happy hour was a nice touch. Room was comfortable. Super close to downtown by taking the Tram. Highly Recommended!!!

I like that I was close to public transport (Tram at Lycée Kléber) to get to and from the Christmas Markets (of which there were 5!). I always enjoy the free breakfast and the amenities (hygiene products and the carafe for water). It was a bonus to have dinner there too, but one of the dinner menu dishes was not to my liking. The kind waitress didn’t charge me for it since I took one bite!

Otel çalışanları yardımseverdi. Otelin lobi bölümü ve karşılama ikramları güzeldi. Ancak odamız üç kişilik olmasına rağmen tek kişilik yatağa koyulan yorgan diğerinden inceydi, odaya ekstra yorgan konmamıştı. Havlular, kahve fincanları, su bardağı, terlik ikişer taneydi. Banyoda şampuan yoktu. Herşeyi istemek zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Ancak fiyatına göre yetersiz hizmet veren bir otel.

J’ai apprécié mon séjour à l’hôtel Hilton, que j’ai effectué seule avec mes deux enfants, dont un en bas âge. L’expérience a été globalement très positive. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable, bienveillant et courtois, ce qui rend le séjour d’autant plus confortable lorsqu’on voyage avec des enfants. Petit cadeau pour les enfants à l’arrivée… En revanche, petit bémol concernant les chaises hautes : elles ne sont pas adaptées aux très jeunes enfants. Un conseil serait de prévoir des chaises avec tablette relevable ou un système permettant d’installer l’enfant en toute sécurité et confort. Malgré ce point d’amélioration, le séjour reste très appréciable.

Nice hotel in a great area. Just a short safe walk to the city center.

Lovely large, clean room with a huge bed. Great toiletries. Very quiet too, even though the hotel seemed busy. Ample onsite parking, although not cheap. There was free street parking mentioned on the site but this didn't seem to exist! Staff were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Staff not very attentive to the customer (for example, I asked for a reducer and had to go down to reception to get it, at the time of check-in and check-out the clerk went away to do something else/answered phone calls instead of dealing with me directly), defects in the furniture (wood chips on the bathroom door and on the bathroom cabinet), empty fridge, lack of power outlet for the hairdryer in the bathroom, etc.
