I was very disappointed with my experience. We arrived at 8:00 PM, and while check-in went smoothly, things quickly went downhill.
When we tried to order room service at 8:15 pm (which ends at 10:00 PM), no one answered after calling six times, even after reaching out to reception. Frustrated, we went down to place the order in person and were assured it would be delivered to our room.
An hour passed with no delivery, so we went back to follow up. Finally, after 1 hour and 15 minutes, the food arrived cold—and they had forgotten the drinks so I went back down to get them. ( totally the point of ROOM SERVICE :)
It was clear they simply didn’t care, and despite my complaint, they still charged me full price. An unacceptable experience.
