Great staff, clean and comfortable room. Asked a few questions on-line before the trip and got he answer rapidly. Very useful kitchen as we are in family tour. The bathroom is much bigger than expectation and very good. Supermarket just cross the street, and a lot of restaurants near-by. Convenient Metro and Bus. Will come back again in my next Paris trip.

床單、被單、毛巾並沒有每日更換，地板也沒有掃得很乾淨 。反映過兩次後 ，櫃臺人員當天馬上幫我們換，但隔天開始又不換床單被單了 ，都只是重舖而已……感覺住越多天、服務反而越差 ，所以令人有點無言。

New and nice decoration. Daily housekeeping service with good hygiene condition. Stable WiFi network. Rooms facing the main road are noisy and we got the room changed quickly to a quiet room. Spacious compared to other hotels in Europe, you got plenty of space to walk after opening 2 suitcases. 2 mins walking distance to a supermarket and 10 mins to 3 different metro stations. Just a little bit far from main site-seeing sports.

房间很大，虽然配有小厨房，但厨具不足。房间不提供咖啡和茶包，到餐厅喝咖啡要付一欧元。咖啡和茶是酒店的基本配备，再差的酒店都能有茶或咖啡喝，这点比较不能接受

Habitación limpia, y limpieza diaria. La atención correcta y aunque no hablan español se comunicaron con alguien para que nos ayudara en el check in y con las indicaciones. Aunque no está tan cerca de los monumentos, si está muy bien comunicado, metro y autobús muy cerca. Zona tranquila. Lamentamos que la opción que tomamos de aparthotel no fuese completa, ya que no contaba con el menaje adecuado y no había mesa donde comer para las 3 personas a las que estaba reservada. El desayuno opcional que se oferta no estaba disponible. Más que un aparthotel era una habitación con cocina. El parking gratuito todo un acierto y muy cerca del hotel.

Chambre correcte. Personnel pareil,mais rien de plus. Prix pouvant passer du simple au double en quelques heures car "l'algorithme l'a décidé" . 78€ le vendredi, et pour la même chambre, 120€ le samedi.

Personnels de l’accueil qui n’écoutent pas ses clients. Chambre trop chauffée sans possibilité de baisser la température. Netflix qui n’a jamais fonctionné. Pas de laverie dans l’établissement, ni de bureau de change, alors qu’indiqués sur Hotel.com et sur le site de l’hôtel. Bref, je ne recommande pas.

Väldig dålig service, personalen var väldig otrevliga. Städ personalen glömde byta ut handdukar.

Hotel in posizione vicino alla metro ma abbastanza lontano dalle principali attrazioni turistiche. Personale gentile e camera bella con bagno molto ampio !

Our priorities were proximity to a Metro transit hub on the Rive Gauche and to Gare du Lyon, as well as an elevator and a kitchenette. The afternoon and night staff were attentive and pleasant. The hotel housekeeper was excellent. The daytime front desk staff (middle-aged gentleman) had plenty of excuses to not respond to our needs during our visit. I looked up the Hudson induction cooktop on YouTube to figure out how to use it. Unlock it by pressing key icon for several seconds if it shows “Lo” after you turn it on. The shower floor is not separate from the bathroom floor, with no shower curtain, so it takes some skill to not get the whole bathroom wet when using the shower. The room heating controls cannot be adjusted. The terrace in the hotel photo is probably only accessible by one of the hotel rooms!
