房子偏細，設施尚可。晚上較嘈。附近多小店食市。交通方便。

這是一家小酒店，離在鐵塔十多分鐘步程，附近有好幾家超市，還有不少食店，接待員都很有禮貌，只是房間有點細，打開喼有點困難，而且冇電梯，如帶大件行李上落不方便

雖然沒有電梯行李箱搬運很麻煩，不過櫃台很熱心地提出幫忙的請求。飯店位於兩個捷運站附近，交通方便，房間乾淨整潔，水壓很穩定。

房間看似乾淨，但住3晚之後，身上被不知名的蚊蟲咬的到處都是，奇癢無比。除此之外，櫃臺人員每位皆服務親切，值得贊揚。

地點很好，室內環境乾淨，櫃檯服務好。不過沒有電梯行李要手提上樓，行李重須注意。天氣熱時沒有空調，白天頗熱，特別是還遇到電風扇壞掉。巴黎的窗戶沒紗窗，晚上開窗會有些飛蟲。兩人房不算大，大概只有攤開一個行李的空間。

Nice staff. Cute hotel in the center of everything

The room was great-eco green paintings that were Hester’s-very warm. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. Breakfast could use a few more choices-Loved the location!!

Staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable. Friendly service all around. Location is perfect for long strolls past quaint shops. Food options easily found. Great family vibe.

My stay at Hotel Amelia was overall acceptable; however, my check-in experience was disappointing due to the poor customer service provided by one staff member. From the moment we arrived, she was rude and unwelcoming. Although I had already paid for the hotel online, she insisted on making a copy of my credit card, which made me uncomfortable and was not clearly explained. When we asked for recommendations for nearby restaurants, she was unhelpful and dismissive, which added to the negative experience. Fortunately, later during our stay, we were assisted by another staff member—an older gentleman who was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. He provided excellent customer service and truly made up for the earlier unpleasant interaction. His kindness and professionalism significantly improved our overall impression of the hotel. I hope this feedback is helpful, as customer service plays a major role in a guest’s experience.

Clean and modern room bigger than usual parisian hotels of the same rating. Breakfast abundant and with a lot of choiches. Staff was super friendly.

Rooms were tiny. No elevators. No amenities. Staff was friendly and location to Eiffel Tower is great.

Everything was good, but the check-in experience was terrible. The hotel staff, a Black woman, seemed unable to find my booking information during check-in. When I tried to show her my booking details on my phone, she looked at me with an angry expression and said nothing. I was scared by her reaction and tried to be nice, asking if I had done anything wrong and apologizing if I had. She still said nothing and just stared at me. I reiterated that I only wanted to show her my booking information. After she gave me my room key, she told me I was a bit rude. That was a terrible experience.

We have recently returned from staying four nights at Hotel Amelie and we definitely picked the right hotel, from the friendly welcome by John on reception (funny guy) to the clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, really good shower with plenty of hot water and to our surprise a kettle in the room which came in handy and a fridge for our milk. We were on the 2nd floor so didn't struggle with our hand luggage but would advise any disabilities you may struggle to get up to the higher floors. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Eiffel Tower is within walking distance and really beautiful to see all lit up at night, we really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend and if we did come back would definitely stay here again..
