Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Amelie Hotel und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist wirklich liebevoll und herzlich eingerichtet – man merkt, dass viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Alles wirkt sehr gemütlich und einladend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, aber völlig in Ordnung und sauber. Bei dem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis kann man darüber wirklich hinwegsehen. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen und passt perfekt zum Charme des Hotels. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Parksituation: In der Umgebung ist es sehr schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Man muss ein Parkhaus separat buchen – wir hatten das Parkhaus Indigo, das für 7 Tage 130 € gekostet hat. Die Lage des Hotels ist jedoch einfach top: In nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Eiffelturm – besser geht es kaum! Insgesamt können wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden wiederkommen. 😊

My stay at Hotel Amelia was overall acceptable; however, my check-in experience was disappointing due to the poor customer service provided by one staff member. From the moment we arrived, she was rude and unwelcoming. Although I had already paid for the hotel online, she insisted on making a copy of my credit card, which made me uncomfortable and was not clearly explained. When we asked for recommendations for nearby restaurants, she was unhelpful and dismissive, which added to the negative experience. Fortunately, later during our stay, we were assisted by another staff member—an older gentleman who was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. He provided excellent customer service and truly made up for the earlier unpleasant interaction. His kindness and professionalism significantly improved our overall impression of the hotel. I hope this feedback is helpful, as customer service plays a major role in a guest’s experience.

Everything was good, but the check-in experience was terrible. The hotel staff, a Black woman, seemed unable to find my booking information during check-in. When I tried to show her my booking details on my phone, she looked at me with an angry expression and said nothing. I was scared by her reaction and tried to be nice, asking if I had done anything wrong and apologizing if I had. She still said nothing and just stared at me. I reiterated that I only wanted to show her my booking information. After she gave me my room key, she told me I was a bit rude. That was a terrible experience.

We have recently returned from staying four nights at Hotel Amelie and we definitely picked the right hotel, from the friendly welcome by John on reception (funny guy) to the clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, really good shower with plenty of hot water and to our surprise a kettle in the room which came in handy and a fridge for our milk. We were on the 2nd floor so didn't struggle with our hand luggage but would advise any disabilities you may struggle to get up to the higher floors. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Eiffel Tower is within walking distance and really beautiful to see all lit up at night, we really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend and if we did come back would definitely stay here again.. Fantastic location. Wonderful room. Comfortable setting. Very pleasant staff. They have a flatscreen TV — that plays fun French shows. There is room cleaning daily if you like. They also offer breakfast meals downstairs in their dining area. Very cozy and comfortable place. Definitely will return. And definitely recommend.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Eiffel Tower is within walking distance and really beautiful to see all lit up at night, we really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend and if we did come back would definitely stay here again.. Fantastic location. Wonderful room. Comfortable setting. Very pleasant staff. They have a flatscreen TV — that plays fun French shows. There is room cleaning daily if you like. They also offer breakfast meals downstairs in their dining area. Very cozy and comfortable place. Definitely will return. And definitely recommend.
