The staff were very friendly, and accommodating for our last minute booking. The front desk went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, which we both appreciated very much. The building is older, so you can hear other guests staying near you, but everyone seemed respectful and we didn’t hear anything at night. The hotel is in, what felt like, a safe area and is within walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and other incredible historic sites.

This is an excellent 4-star hotel near the Eiffel Tower location and price-wise, which is primarily the reason we chose it. It did not disappoint us. The hotel staff was super nice and gave us very good tip and direction on where to go and what to see. The 5 euro mini-bar is very worth trying as you get all the drinks in the fridge for only 5. And the Hermes brand toiletries are a very pleasant surprise.
The location of the hotel is very good. There're plenty of shopping and dinning places nearby and it's close to Metro station as well. Highly recommended!

Room was nice but could hear sound from other rooms. The rooms are not soundproof. The ventilation in the water closet is very bad. The hotel is stingy about keeping coffee/ creamer pods in the rooms. We stayed for 6 nights and we had to keep on asking at the front desk. Front desk staff except Christin were very friendly and approachable. Christin was very cold and very short.

Bonjour. It was a very short stay, but none the less, Raul was fantastic to accommodate for anything! He added humour to every interaction and was great at advising on general Paris information. It’s a small hotel away from the hustle bustle but within 10 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Great location to walk to many attractions and if not, it’s well connected to public transport. Thank you for the great customer service! Au revoir!

Location was phenomenal! Staff was tremendous! Room was in near tip-top shape! A few small downsides - some electrical outlets and lights in room didn’t work and a/c could not be adjusted (though was set at perfect temp for us). We will definitely look to stay again!!!

Non posso che essere soddisfatta del mio soggiorno. L'hotel è a due passi dalla Torre Eiffel, in una zona tranquilla e ottima posizione rispetto ai servizi (metro, taxi, ristoranti, farmacia, ecc). Camera pulita. Tutto il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare il proprietario.
