We stayed at Hotel Ares Eiffel and were genuinely glad we made a last-minute decision to change our hotel and come here. The location is excellent. The Eiffel Tower and its surroundings are easily walkable, and the hotel is just a few steps from Metro Line 10, which makes getting around Paris extremely convenient. There are many restaurants, cafés, and fast-food options nearby, so finding something to eat at any time of the day was never an issue. The reception staff truly deserve special mention. They were exceptionally friendly, warm, and sincere, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Their attitude was genuinely hospitable and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was more than sufficient for a city hotel and very enjoyable. Fresh items, good coffee, and a well-organized service made it a great start to busy sightseeing days. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, perfectly in line with typical Paris standards. The hotel overall felt calm, tidy, and pleasant. In summary, with its outstanding location, easy access to public transport, welcoming staff, and strong value for money, Hotel Ares Eiffel is an excellent choice in Paris and one we would confidently recommend.

We stayed at this hotel the day we arrived in Paris. We were eager to see the Eiffel Tower as soon as we arrived so this was a perfect location for us to walk and be able to do that immediately after we dropped our bags. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, which was wonderful considering we had such a long travel day. They helped us navigate our transportation the next day when we had to leave as well. The hotel itself is a super cool little spot. The room was a bit small but had everything we needed and was clean as well. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be somewhere near the tower in that area of the city.

It was perfect! The view was amazing, we were at the 7th floor so we saw the Eiffel Tower and part of the city. I loved how at night they looked the front door so not just anyone can come in. The breakfast was good. I don’t eat red meat or pork and they had good options. It was close to many things walking distance.

The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel is a short walk from a well-connected metro station. However, the check-in area was shabby. The bedroom had a chair in it with a palm-sized while in the fabric. The bathroom had tepid hot water and the handheld shower head did not work at all. The emergency phone in the bathroom had shredded wires connecting the handle to the phone. Worst of all, the heating for the bedroom and bathroom were not working.

Hotel location was great and safe. Hotel was about 15 minute walk to the base of the Eiffel Tower. I reserved a room for 4 people (my wife, 14 year old and 11 year old daughters and myself). I did feel like the room was way too small for 4 people. Not enough room to walk around and not enough space for our luggage. Our room size would be fine for 2 people, but not 4 people.

The staff was great! The location was amazing it was a short walk from the tower and we got to see the Eiffel Tower from our room! There were plenty of restaurants nearby as well. The bed was really big and comfortable. The only cons were that they only had small size bath robes, when I called to order a bigger size even a medium the front desk informed me there are no other sizes. Additionally, they have a QR code for room service. However, not only do they not deliver it to your room and make you come get it from the front desk. But it is not in building, it seemed to be from a third party the food was cold and there is no microwave. When I went to pick up the food the staff did not know what was going on and didn’t know room service was available. Another down side was the shower, there is only a 2-3 foot piece of glass covering a fraction of the shower which leads to a lot of water on the floor which makes it very slippery and dangerous. Other than that everything was great there is a subway entrance near the hotel which made it easy to get around. Roberto was great and friendly! Thank you again!

The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel is a short walk from a well-connected metro station. However, the check-in area was shabby. The bedroom had a chair in it with a palm-sized while in the fabric. The bathroom had tepid hot water and the handheld shower head did not work at all. The emergency phone in the bathroom had shredded wires connecting the handle to the phone. Worst of all, the heating for the bedroom and bathroom were not working.

Friendly staff, clean room, location is perfect if you’re planning evening strolls around Eiffel Tower. Metro is just around the corner. The room has small signs of wear, but cleanliness, well-kept appliances and the French vibe is making up for it fully. Coming to stay here again

Hotel location was great and safe. Hotel was about 15 minute walk to the base of the Eiffel Tower. I reserved a room for 4 people (my wife, 14 year old and 11 year old daughters and myself). I did feel like the room was way too small for 4 people. Not enough room to walk around and not enough space for our luggage. Our room size would be fine for 2 people, but not 4 people.

The staff was great! The location was amazing it was a short walk from the tower and we got to see the Eiffel Tower from our room! There were plenty of restaurants nearby as well. The bed was really big and comfortable. The only cons were that they only had small size bath robes, when I called to order a bigger size even a medium the front desk informed me there are no other sizes. Additionally, they have a QR code for room service. However, not only do they not deliver it to your room and make you come get it from the front desk. But it is not in building, it seemed to be from a third party the food was cold and there is no microwave. When I went to pick up the food the staff did not know what was going on and didn’t know room service was available. Another down side was the shower, there is only a 2-3 foot piece of glass covering a fraction of the shower which leads to a lot of water on the floor which makes it very slippery and dangerous. Other than that everything was great there is a subway entrance near the hotel which made it easy to get around. Roberto was great and friendly! Thank you again!
