My husband and I stayed at Hotel Balmoral for 6 nights while in Paris. The room was clean, the bathroom are huge compare to other hotels in Paris. The room and hotel smells good all the time and the staff are amazing especially our bell man. He took care of us and always ready to help, from our luggages, to my special request of my kind of milk, coffee and even sugar. The hotel is near everything. I will totally recommend this hotel to anyone who would be visiting Paris. Looking forward to staying at Balmoral hotel again really soon!

The room for the city standards was what I consider to be spacious for similar type hotels. Bathroom was also nice. We arrived at around 1030am and our room was ready and made available to us right away with no nonsense about early check in. The staff was very nice and courteous. They offered breakfast even though we hadn’t stayed there the night before. Since we had already eaten they nevertheless treated us to coffee and pastries we really enjoyed coming in from chilly weather outside.

Good location, very close to Underground, also close to Airport Bus station. Excellence of guest service, would ask you before check in for any special arrangement or assistance needed. Small hotel but with everything you need. Room is big, but bathroom is even bigger. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is not a big buffet type, but good enough. Staff very nice and professional. Enjoy the stay and will come back again next time.

Ralo não funcionava, alagava o box, tinha que desligar chuveiro 2x para um banho rápido. Equipe reta e direta. Extremamente barulhento o quarto, embaixo da escada e do lado da porta da limpeza. Horrível

Friendly staff especially Mustafa and the lovely gentleman who kindly assisted us with our luggage whose name I forget but all the staff were fantastic including house keeping. Clean and comfortable rooms especially the bedding. We plan to return when next in Paris.

First of all, the hotel had an excellent location close by Arc De Triompf. The staff was very friendly. The room was very cute, small and cozy. It was such a nice experience and I would recommend this hotel to everyone! Will come back if possible.

La suite est spacieuse et charmante. La literie était très confortable. Nous étions au calme.

Here’s the thing: The breakfast is of very poor quality, in terms of both the selection and quality of available foods. This deficiency makes me reluctant to return. Our one-bedroom suite with living room and separate bedroom was wonderful. And the location near the Arc d’Triomphe is great. But only one tiny ancient elevator for all floors. Also, no room service or restaurant/bar available. Really a 3-star, not a 4-star, hotel.
