my worst stay in the whole 3 years trip in.Europe. and wasted me a long time on their own mistake. The owner argued with me about the payment of the city tax. they insisted I didn't pay for the city tax, and started to abuse me and threatened me to call the policeman. even though i showed my payment record, the boss just said, i don't care, you didn't pay. and forced me to pay again. I tried to prove it by different ways, they all ignore, and shouted at me. finally, it was proved that it was their mistake. which took me 1 hours, and made me unhappy for the whole say. the owner said he will send me an apology email but nothing i received.

地理位置交通方便，房間清潔、明亮，浴室無可挑剔。 會再回來的、值得入住的好旅館 ！

太多樓層要走才到房間，有行李的真的不方便，沒有可用的風筒吹頭髮，房間狹窄了一點，三人房開不了三個行李箱，

飯店設施和服務都很好，只是週遭環境感覺比較亂

I had a great time in this hotel. I was warmly welcomed in the front desk. The reception was very helpful. The room was clean, the bed ia also very comfortable. The location is also in the center area with all kinds of restuarants, and retails shops around. Highly recommend to all. Will definitely come back again.

Hotel people is nice. it's very convenient, just 5 min work to subway station. a little noise since the room near the road. the elevator only from 2nd floor.

地點非常好，五分鐘內走到Strasbourg Saint-Denis地鐵站。無線網路訊號強　房間浴室都很乾淨。有吹風機。地面樓到二樓沒有電梯，需要自己扛行李。員工很客氣，也很幫忙解答問題。周圍環境算安全，就算午夜自己走回飯店也沒有太大問題，附近也有好幾間超級市場。

地點適中。

Metro station is near the hotel. That is a small hotel but The room was clean.

交通挺方便的，附近也有超市和地铁站。不过好多黑人，治安有点乱吧。无线网络只有前台才有很不方便。服务态度一般。谈不上高性价比

Veldig god service! Godt renhold. Litt slitte rom, men helt ok.

When we arrived we immediately noticed hair on the shower floor, and were told that they had no other rooms available. So I asked for cleaning supplies so I could clean the shower myself. Many repairs needed, drywall under windows was loose and separated from wall, rusted hardware in bathroom, broken handle on cabinet. Many dents and scratches on door frames and cabinets, mirror is so old that the metallic finish has rusted around edges, hairdryer was yellowing and looked gross. Needs some TLC, but the night clerk and owner were very polite and helpful.

Clean hotel in a very convenient location with great staff

Super hotel in centrum Parijs. We zouden dit zeker aanbevelen. Met raam dicht, nauwelijks lawaai van buiten. Donkere gordijnen. Gastheer en gastvrouw doen dit echt met plezier. Heel veel uitleg gekregen bij aankomst waar de niet zo bekende plekjes zich bevinden. Propere kamer. Ontbijt zeker voldoende variatie-9 euro, dus zeker prijs/kwaliteit top.

J'ai été pleinement satisfait de mon séjour au Cosmotel. J'ai passé une nuit seul, dans une chambre pour 3 personnes. Je pense qu'on y est un peu serré à trois. La literie était très confortable, l'hôtel silencieux, le personnel chaleureux. Rien à redire sur la propreté.

Clean room with a great view, very friendly and informative staff, good coffee. About a 20 minute walk from the Seine/Notre Dame and 20 minutes from the Opera House. There are tons of shops and restaurants nearby.
