Well conditioned and always feel welcomed!

체크인 할 때 직원분이 친절하시고 능숙하셔서 아주 좋았습니다. 영어로 쉽게 설명해 주셨고요, 청소 상태도 좋았고 호텔 이용하기 편리했고요. 특히 근처 마트랑 햄버거 kfc,맥도날드 등 있어서 끼니 해결 쉬웠어요. 조식은 평범했어요. 야채와 과일이 없어서 2-3유로 추가하시고 차라리 야채, 과일이 더해지면 좋았을 듯 합니다.

I live in 4th floor alone, hotel itself was a wonderful place. The host was really kind, he explained everything near the hotel and I can ask anything I want during the stay. But between the hotel and Garu de Nord was really scary. At the front of the Garu and streets toward the hotel was the place that I would never want to go back there. I recommend take the subway to the hotel. Except for this point, the hotel itself was good.

Quite clean and kind people Breakfast is boring even though the price is reasonable. Very accessible. Station is near Overall satisfactory. cheap.

호텔청결상태 우수하고, 직원들 모두 친절한 호텔 이더군요. 호텔 건너편에 대형 수퍼마켓 위치하고 있고, 50m 만 나가면 지하철 역이 있어 교통도 편리합니다. 비용대비 체류조건이 비교적 우수한 호텔이더군요.

메트로와도 가깝고 바로 앞에 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 편했구요..직원들도 친절하고 영어가 잘 통하구요. 호텔시설도 겉에 보여지는 외관가는 달리 깨끗하고 깔끔했어요. 가격대비 좋아요

Extra convenient location, issues w/elevator. Extra friendly/helpful staff. Would certainly stay there again.

The staff at Hotel Cosmotel were AMAZING! Everyone is so kind and very, very helpful! We had wonderful advice for using the metro and also great recommendations for things to do that were of particular interest to our teen daughter like the zoo and a less touristy aquarium! The rooms were clean. The breakfast was tasty. It was also great to come back to the AC while it’s so hot in Paris! I cannot emphasize enough how great the staff was though! The very kind gentlemen working the desk made our stay so much more enjoyable! Ils étaient merveilleux!

Hotel un peu vieillissant (couloirs et entrée). Chambre agréable, rénovée et calme car au 5e étage -heureusement car le boulevard est très passant-. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable, à l’écoute , de très bons conseils et présent toute la nuit. Petit déjeuner correct.

Good location, Good staff, not clean

This property is older and while the bathrooms have been remodeled, the rest of the room could also use a little TLC. That said, the staff was great. The location is strange only in that is seems to be located right on the border of a less than desirable neighborhood; however, you can walk one block behind the property and you find one of the coolest areas in Paris full of restaurants and pubs. It's close to a Metro and we found it to be a great starting point for our exploration of the city. My only complaints were that when you enter from the street, you will need to carry your luggage up one floor of stairs to get to the lobby with an elevator and the bath towels are VERY thin which would be an easy thing to elevate to make it a better experience for guests. Finally, I highly recommend the Bistrot Renaissance located just down the street below the Renaissance Theater. Great authentic French food and wines with other menu items as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cosmotel. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and took the time to tell us which streets were nice to walk in and where to find the best cafés in the neighbourhood. We also appreciated the tip he gave us about the Citymapper app, which is apparently better than Google Maps in Europe. Another staff member was also helpful in arranging our transportation to the airport as we had to leave for the airport before 5 AM, before the metro/RER trains opened. My only gripe is that the elevator doesn't go all the way to the ground floor, which can be a bit of a challenge if your luggage is heavy. Other than that, we had a great stay at Cosmotel!

Equipe de funcionários muito educada e solicita. Café da manhã em conta e tem uma variedade bem legal para o preço que pagamos. A cama era bem confortável. Apenas a título de alerta, se está indo com uma mala grande, saiba que precisará carregar ela por 1 andar até a recepção. Tive ajuda de 2 pessoas, mas sozinha não conseguiria. Mas não é culpa do hotel. A estrutura do prédio não permite elevador naquele pedaço, mas vale considerar esse ponto antes de fazer a reserva. O banheiro do nosso quarto era mais antiguinho, e tinha bastante sinais de má conservação. O box tinha lodo nos cantos, e entupia fácil. O hotel poderia fazer manutenção nisso. Outro ponto é que o serviço de limpeza de quartos é OBRIGATÓRIO a cada 2 dias. Se você não se importa, tudo bem, mas nós não queríamos e tivemos que aceitar, mesmo que solicitássemos para que não acontecesse. Outro ponto é que o nosso quarto não era tão novo como os das fotos. Nos surpreendemos um pouco. Apesar disso, era confortável. Ah, e as paredes são finas. Os hóspedes vizinhos eram MUITO barulhentos, e isso nos atrapalhou. Mas a recepção foi rápida quando pedimos que ligassem e reclamassem.

This is a charming nostolgic hotel, staf amenities, many restaurants & fine and fun ones just a block away....also one blo knowledgeable to Meto station. The only suggestion I have is, when you arrive, don't let the the red Cosmotel marquee worry you....it is dingy, but once you enter, the hotel is very nice ..they really should upgrade or paint it. The 24-hour desk staff and management are the absolute best. Great deal!
