The Hotel does not have a Bar or Lounge as described on Hotels.com Website. This was one of the requirements we had when booking a Hotel in Strasbourg. There is only limited on site parking available at $30 per night, we parked in a public Parking GHouse close by. No complimentary water was supplied, no bathrobes, no washcloths, only one large and one small towel per person, the shower door was leaking at the bottom. The staff was very friendly, located in a quiet location but very close to the Christmas Market.

We had booked 2 superior rooms, on check-in one of the rooms was less than 15 feet from the main entrance and lobby, it had only one window so high that it could not be opened, and A/C was off for the season even though outside temps were warm.

Hôtel bien situé, pratique car proche du centre-ville. Le petit-déjeuner est correct.
En revanche, plusieurs points m'ont déçue : l'accueil a été froid, en particulier de la part d'une réceptionniste peu aimable.
L’insonorisation est très mauvaise : les livraisons dans la cour dès 5h30 m’ont réveillée chaque matin. La lumière extérieure reste allumée la nuit et éclaire la chambre.
Enfin, une seule serviette de bain un peu juste quand on veut se laver les cheveux.
Globalement, l’établissement ne correspond pas au niveau attendu.
