The property was excellent. The best thing about our stay were the front desk staff! Laetitia, Francesca and Catherine were absolutely wonderful. Laetitia greeted us at check-in as if we were family. She has a delightful personality. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. The coffee machine made tasty coffee. Our AC in our room cooled well even in the midst of a heat dome. The hotel and team far exceeded our expectations.

The property was quiet. The outside seating was lovely for breakfast. The breakfast was tasty with a variety of items. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was in a good location, close to everything.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel atypique

super accueil, chambre calme et propre, lit confortable. Hôtel entretenu. Seul petit bémol, à 182 euros la nuit, une petite bouteille eau de bienvenue serait vraiment appréciée. (ici elles sont facturées 4euros)

Nice hotel with a great location to Petit France and the historic city centre. Breakfast was good, and room was very cosy.

Room was clean but aircondition did not work and the drain in the bathtub and sink was needed cleaning. Would expect a bit better for a 4 star hotel. Otherwise good location and quiet area

This hotel is excellent on many levels. Location on a side street across the river, quiet yet close to the center. Welcoming and attentive personelle. Our room with wooden beam ceilings and separate living room suite was beyond our expectations.
