Staff friendly and helpful. Property is clean. Rooms are smaller than they look in pictures but they are comfortable. Room thermostat cannot be adjusted, have to open balcony door to cool the room down. If you are trying to get to and from the airport from the hotel, the train is €50 cheaper than a taxi.

Nice clean room and friendly staff. Short walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by too.

Room was extremely tight. If you’re clausterphobic this isn’t the place for you.

I was delayed in going to Paris becauseof my flight. I had a reservation for two days they let other people stay in my reservation because I didn't call no call no show. How stupid is that? That's why the reservation for. I went to Paris no place to stay. I have to call another hotel I was so stressed. The taxi cost $350. They scammed me. What a vacation stress I what a get.

Nice clean room in a great location. Room and bath are small but good layout for the space. Farouk at the front desk was wonderful! Very close to the Eiffel Tower and several restaurants.

Had a wonderful stay here over valentines weekend to celebrate our engagement! We go a room upgrade and it was situated in a good position near the tower.All staff were very helpful.

Staff need to be non-prejudiced, respectful and bestow fair treatment of all customers. The management picks and chooses who to allow to have free breakfast or not, while the advert shows it to be complimentary.

Behjelpelig og hyggelige ansatte og koselig lite hotel. Pent interiør og renslig. Rommene var litt mindre enn vi hadde forventet, men det gikk fint. Rommene er svært lytt! Vi hørte naboene hoste og snakke, rommene er svært lytt ut mot gangen også. Du kan høre alt som foregår inne i rommet ute i gangen, til og med når naboene skrudde på dusjen. Dessverre hadde vi en dårlig opplevelse der naboen kranglet hele morgenen og hadde en fest en annen kveld. Ellers var frokosten helt middels og det er nok bedre å kjøpe frokost fra cafeer i nærområdet til nesten tilsvarende pris.
