제가 가본 호텔중에 가장 친절했던 호텔입니다!! 깔끔하고 위치도 좋으며 무엇보다 정말 친절한 직원들이 응대하는 최고의 호텔입니다!

직원 대응은 넘 친절하고 좋았어요,, 화장실문 안닫혀서 직접 오셔서 대응 해주셨고요,, 직원 친절은 백점 주고 싶어요,, 청소 상태는 음 방이 넘 좁아서 그런가 더블룸인데 캐리어 두개 겨우 놓을수 있고요 옷걸이 고정이라서 불편하고 냉장고 없고 화장실 침대 바로 앞이였어요ㅠㅠ 특히 청소하신분 대체 걸레는 아무데나 던져 놓고 가시면 어떻게 하나요 ??

Wonderful staffs and Great location. They were always friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The room was so nice and cozy.

역도 가깝고, 에펠탑, 빅버스 정류장에 걸어가기에도 좋았습니다 라임 자전거 스탑이 호텔 바로 앞에 있는 것도 좋았어요 직원분들도 굉장히 친절하셨어요 아쉬웠던 점은 숙소 내부에 냉장고가 없다는 거예요 그래도 깨끗하고 교통편 이용하기 좋은 위치여서 편히 머물었습니다

The elevator was very occupied especially in the mornings but there is stairs you can use

Great location, great staff, quite and clean

Our room had mold in the shower all over the ceiling. The floor had so much hair that was not ours that I had to wear slippers. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was perfect. The room was small but that is to be expected in Paris. It was a nice touch to have wine, water, and chocolate in the room for us. The bathroom was the main problem with how small it was there was no place to hang a towel as the shower door would not open if the towel was there. The mold in the shower was very concerning.

The location was perfect. The Eiffel Tower was around the corner and transportation was plentiful. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. To say the hotel was small would be an understatement. The room was only big enough to fit the bed. The bed wasn’t the best but, for what I paid I cannot complain. We weren’t in Paris for the hotel, we were there for the city. If I go back to Paris I would consider this hotel again.

BE AWARE - they DO NOT have adequate air conditioning for all rooms, yet will try and 'make it work'. If you're staying over the summer, get ready to argue with the staff about it. NOT FUN for what should be a nice vacation in Paris.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my time in Paris. The location was perfect, just a short walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and very close to the metro, which made getting around the city extremely easy and convenient. The staff were all incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay, always ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location with excellent service.

The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide range of food to choose from.

This hotel was small but that may have been the best part. It was close to all the attractions and easy to locate while touring the area. It was the best decision i made in choosing a hotel for our Paris trip

La canicule frappait Paris, notre chambre était sous les toits et la clim ne fonctionnait pas… résultat : 33° dans la chambre une bonne partie de la nuit. On ouvre la fenêtre alors ? Les voisins d’en face ont vue sur notre lit et le PSG vient de gagner sa deuxième ligue des champions d’affilée donc c’est un peu la folie dans la rue ! Donc on a le choix entre mourir de chaud et ne pas dormir ou avoir un peu moins chaud mais ne pas dormir non plus à cause du bruit. Le personnel aurait pu se montrer compréhensif, nous proposer quelque chose, ne serait ce que des excuses et des tentatives de résolutions du problème. Mais il n’en a rien était de tout ça. En plus de ça, plus de 80€ de room service pour un burger, un avocado toast, une part de moelleux au chocolat, une demi bouteille de vin médiocre et une canette de coca : tout ça arrive dans des boites comme si on avait commandé un Uber eat 2 fois moins cher, une assiette pour deux, un jeu de couvert pour deux, pas de verre de vin, le gâteau complètement immangeable. Pas de plateau, on doit se débrouiller avec ça. Ça doit être le pire rapport qualité/prix auquel j’ai eu le droit pour un hôtel.

We had a great stay. The room was clean - small, but very much in line with what you’d expect for such a central location in Paris. The Eiffel Tower is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of transportation options nearby. One small note: on our first night, the bed sheets caused some itchiness. However, after I mentioned it to the staff the next morning, they changed them promptly and the issue was resolved.

Enjoyed our stay the room was clean and comfortable and very well placed to visit all the areas we wanted to visit. The staff were friendly and helpful

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel location is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. A special thanks to Farouk and Diego for being incredibly cooperative and making our time here truly wonderful. Highly recommend!

The hotel was great. The rooms were renovated and fresh and clean. Staff was welcoming and kind. Very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
