沒電梯，樓梯超小，搬行李很累人，很麻煩

三人房就是最基本人配備、最為陽春的房間、如果預算有限、又不太要求房間的舒適度、可以列為考慮、但它網路上的照片和實際情況仍有落差！！另外、附近治安還算不錯、晚上蠻安靜的、附近也有超市和熟食店

下次會再選擇一次

近地鐵站，周邊有吃的。但沒有電梯，拉到房間挺吃力的。

Chambre correcte

We were on the 3rd floor and the stairs up were dirty, the carpet hadn't been hoovered for quite some time, the hand rail was loose in places and didn't feel safe. In the room the shower was broken, bedside lamps were broken, a towel had a stain on it. We complained and was moved to another room but the bathroom was mouldy and there was a huge patch of mould from floor to window sill right by the bed. Refused to stay in it and was moved to another room but it didn't have anywhere to put our clothes in the bedroom, it was literally just a bed in the room, no kettle, no air con.They had only one other room but the receptionist said it also had mould in it so we had no choice but to find another hotel. We asked if we could have some sort of refund but we haven't heard anything from them.

It was an average hotel, provided what was needed. It wasn’t the dirtiest, but it could have been cleaner.

We were very disappointed with our stay at Hotel Eiffel XV. When we arrived, the room was in very poor condition. There was mold on the wall, peeling and damaged paint, and what looked like burn marks on the furniture. The area around the bed was also dirty, and we even saw mold right where our heads were supposed to be when sleeping. It felt unsafe and unhygienic. We reported the issues immediately, but the staff did not listen to what we were trying to explain. They answered quickly without paying attention, and when they showed us another room, the staff member became annoyed and irritated when we said we were not comfortable staying there either. The second room they offered was placed in a strange hallway and felt even more unpleasant. The situation was so bad that we ended up changing hotels, even though this place was close to the Eiffel Tower. The location does not make up for the lack of cleanliness and the unprofessional attitude from the staff. I cannot recommend staying at this hotel. The experience was extremely uncomfortable, and the condition of the room was far from acceptable.

Otima localização, funcionários gentis, custo beneficio bom , hotel simples mas ate deu as minhas necessidades.

Personnel très sympa mais hôtel vétuste - même si c est un 2 * cela n empêche pas que la chambre doit être propre . Cheveux sur carrelage salle de bain , moisissure entre les carreaux , aération très sale … moquette escalier pas propre . Le café de la machine pour le petit déjeuner est horrible
