The staff were very helpful and attentive to any question we had. The location is great too. Easy walk to metro station (less than five minutes) also close to Eiffel Tower.

Polite and accommodating front desk. Mr. Wheb was friendly and helpful to our family needs of providing us a convenient room that exceeds my expectation. The hotel has no elevator but not a big issue as Mr. Wheb helped us with our luggage. They also have a nice Puppy greeter that welcomes us at the door when we arrived. The hotel is modest, safe, well managed and most important was the accommodating staff/ front desk. Walking distance to some impt. areas. I highly recommend the Hotel Eiffel XV.

This hotel does not provide an elevator, for a price of 1 million it is not really worth it, I regret taking this hotel, we are required to pay a taxi again even though in other hotels, the reception is not friendly at all, check-in at 1pm is very unsatisfactory , and must go up 4 floors.

Don't take the high floor 2nd floor and above the location and cleanliness is quite good but toilet is very small and no lift or elevator.

A hotel with a minimal budget that is quite satisfying only unfortunately there is no elevator so well get ready for extra energy if you carry extra luggage
