加里纳埃菲尔铁塔酒店

一個溫馨、精緻的飯店，交通方便，生活機能也很好，飯店有公共廚房可以使用，還準備了鬆餅DIY, 孩子無敵開心我們住了八個晚上，決定下次來還是住Hotel Esteem!

I’d like to share the following experiences: 1. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find just one desk and one staff member handling everything — nothing like the organized reception of a traditional hotel. When paying the deposit by cash, we asked for a receipt, but the staff repeatedly insisted it wasn’t necessary. After our persistence, she reluctantly issued one with an annoyed expression. You know what? When we left, another staff actually asked us to present the receipt to retrieve our deposit. 2. The hotel allows access to floors without a room key, which feels extremely unsafe. 3. On the second night, we noticed the shower gel seemed diluted with water. By the third night, it had turned into plain water and eventually ran out. It’s shocking that a four-star hotel would dilute shower gel instead of simply replacing it. To make matters worse, we couldn’t reach the front desk by phone and had to go downstairs in person to request more. 4. Before leaving our room, we neatly folded our pajamas and placed them on the bedside. When we returned, housekeeping had tossed them onto our luggage. Can you imagine how dirty luggage surfaces are? 5. The soundproofing was terrible — we could clearly hear… ahem… unspeakable noises from the neighboring room. While the overall stay wasn’t a disaster, I’d strongly recommend exploring other hotels within the same budget for a better experience.

La chambre très bien, le personnel attentif. 20 minutes à pied de la Tour Eiffel. Bon petit déjeuner.

Super accueil par les jeunes dames à mon arrivée. Hôtel bon rapport qualité-prix.

Insgesamt gutes Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich. Sauberkeit im Lobby könnte besser sein. Frühstück okay!

Clean and friendly staff

Enjoyed my stay at Esteem! The hotel was spot-on, and the staff were excellent.

Few amenities compared to branded hotels but it was great

L’hôtel est mignon et le personnel très sympathique. En revanche, chaque fois que le voisin entrait dans sa chambre, nous avions l’impression qu’il entrait dans la nôtre tant l’hôtel est mal insonorisé. Par ailleurs, nous avons trouvé la literie peu confortable.

The bathroom was too small and it had a door stopper on the floor that would hit your foot every time you go to the bathroom at night. The elevator was very small.

Advertised that parking was available . Parking on the street was 80+ a day . Had to walk to another hotel and use their parking garage

Everything wonderful and we highly recommend. Would definitely return. Only very minor thing was shampoo dispenser in shower was empty.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast.
