It is very small hotel but has everything in it. It is clean and near the Metro 10 and local buses. Its environment is quite and it has many nearby restaurants and a express supermarket open to late.

Very quiet hotel in a convenient area. You have access to Metro line 6 (Dupleix station) about 10 minute walk and Metro line 10 (Charles Michels station) about a 3 minute walk. The Eiffel Tower is a 15 minute walk. The room was cozy but very comfortable. It was well organized with storage and some shelves we could put things. The bed was very nice and overall everything was very clean. Sleep quality was great. The hotel is on a small side street and was very quiet at night. The staff were great every time I interacted with them. Overall a terrific stay!

During my stay in March, the staff was very welcoming and patient. They explained everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and quiet.

I’d like to share the following experiences: 1. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find just one desk and one staff member handling everything — nothing like the organized reception of a traditional hotel. When paying the deposit by cash, we asked for a receipt, but the staff repeatedly insisted it wasn’t necessary. After our persistence, she reluctantly issued one with an annoyed expression. You know what? When we left, another staff actually asked us to present the receipt to retrieve our deposit. 2. The hotel allows access to floors without a room key, which feels extremely unsafe. 3. On the second night, we noticed the shower gel seemed diluted with water. By the third night, it had turned into plain water and eventually ran out. It’s shocking that a four-star hotel would dilute shower gel instead of simply replacing it. To make matters worse, we couldn’t reach the front desk by phone and had to go downstairs in person to request more. 4. Before leaving our room, we neatly folded our pajamas and placed them on the bedside. When we returned, housekeeping had tossed them onto our luggage. Can you imagine how dirty luggage surfaces are? 5. The soundproofing was terrible — we could clearly hear… ahem… unspeakable noises from the neighboring room. While the overall stay wasn’t a disaster, I’d strongly recommend exploring other hotels within the same budget for a better experience.

Excellent we are going to use it again for sure! Superbly outfit with furniture that’s chic and comfortable 😊But what sets hotel Esteem apart is the staff helpful and friendly made us feel so at home!

Hotel muy cerca de la torre Eiffel, las habitaciones renovadas y aunque son pequeñas, cabe bien todo , el personal muy amable, muy limpias, lo recomiendo ampliamente

Atendimento rápido, acolhedor, sem burocracias no checkin e checkout. Precisa de cartão de crédito para bloqueio da caução no valor de 200€. Limpeza perfeita, cama, lençóis e kit de higiene excelentes. Calefação funciona super bem. Apenas não tem frigobar. Tem apenas um climatizador de bebidas mas não funciona bem.

The hotelis very clean. It is very small, with hardly any room for luggage. The only negative is there is no kettle in the room for tea/coffee.

Algunos de los agentes de Front Desk no son muy amables. El hotel está muy bien localizado, las habitaciones estan en muy buenas condiciones pero el lobby tiene un olor medio extraño.
