Perfect location, plenty of restaurants nearby, clean rooms, comfortable beds and accommodating to three in a room! Friendly staff and helpful! Definitely recommend.

I hope that this would serve as a warning to non white folks and unable to speak French. I didn’t expect this kind of hospitality. I wasn’t asking for a royal type of treatment. I treat all people with respect and I was merely hoping to get it reciprocated. After a long flight and 24hr without sleep. We arrived at Hotel Floride Etoile around 9:30am. We were so tired. We were asked to come back since it’s still early, respecting their check in time even though we were tired we left and walked around the city. After about 4 hours we went back to the hotel and we were told that still NO room available. So we waited patiently. Then A group of white folks came in to check in, they handed their passports and they got a room and handed a key. I was a bit in shocked but remained patient. Then Second group of white folks checked in and they got a room. I was not believing it. Then Third party check in, French guy got a room. 3 groups checked in, they all got a room. But NO room for us. Sadder part, even though I couldn’t understand French, sometimes you know when people are talking about you. They were giggling and keep on looking at us like we were nothing. I was helpless, tired, angry, and couldn’t believe what’s happening. I remained patient. It really felt bad. I was with my daughter. So heartbreaking that she experienced it on our first time in Paris. We ended getting a beat up and older room. I do not wish anybody to be in the same situation. It’s a sad experience.

I loved staying in this area. Great neighborhood. Near Trocadero, Eiffel, Arc de Triomphe, and Champs Elysees.

Bra frokost, fikk først ett rom inntil gaten. Var veldig mye støy, så fikk byttet rom til bakgården. Det var veldig bra.

Good hotel: very firm bed (which I like), helpful staff, nice area close to everything you need. The only complaint is the walls are extremely thin: we heard snoring across the hall and suitcase zipping next door. This made it very difficult for me (a light sleeper) to get any rest before our long days.

It far exceeded a 3-star hotel. The lobby was stylish, interventions and the staff were extremely kind and polite. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, with plenty of restaurants around, and even a two-minute walk to a grocery store (Lebensmittel, like a supermarket). There’s also a metro station about 5 minutes away. The only downside might be that the rooms are very small, and neither the doors nor the walls have any sound insulation. For two nights out of our week-long stay, we were kept awake by a neighbor’s snoring ☺️

Didn’t have any food here so can’t comment on that but it’s a Lovely hotel in a really convenient location for Trocadéro/Eiffel Tower. There’s a Carrefore shop next door but one for snacks/drinks etc. Staff are so friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

Yes nice fresh food no spare plates .coffee and tea options lovely , staff friendly very noisy peoole up on our floor who kept slamming their door room 305 . Not enough milk in rooms for one person especially two. Warm and clean rooms overall good 8/10
