While it was decent, the buffet had a limited selection—scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, yogurt, cereal, bread, and a few basic items—so it may not be worth it if you’re expecting a large variety. One thing to keep in mind is that there’s construction on the street outside, so you may experience some noise during the day. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable, clean hotel in a convenient location and don’t need luxury amenities, I’d definitely recommend Hotel Izzy. It’s a great value for the price :)

I didnt understand the airconditioning maybe a little book with instructions

Very thin walls in the property and double superior rooms don’t look like what they should look like. No housekeeping came to sort out our room for the two nights that we were there and the hotel just looked old as soon as u walked out of reception. The only thing good about the hotel was that it was close to McDonald’s, convenience stores, pharmacies etc. Other than that it was basic.

Très bel hôtel, personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute ! Idéalement placé à proximité directe du parc des expos et du métro !

Hôtel ok, chambre bien préparée. Par contre le personnel est nul et ne prend pas les problèmes en compte: 2 matins, 2 petits déjeuners sans rien à manger. Pas d’œufs, pas de bacon « nous n’avons pas été livrés, il n’y en a pas! ». Pour information il y un supermarché en face, il était donc possible de prendre l’action de satisfaire les clients. À éviter.

The room was comfortable and clean! The air conditioning was lovely amidst the heat-wave weather. The staff were very helpful and sweet. Loved how their was access to free cold drinking water 24/7.

Air conditioning did not work and I was charged 16 per person for scraps of breakfast

Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Rooms were well cleaned everyday and the hotel location is super convenient. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Izzy and will definitely be back!

Really nice place. It is not super close to the downtown area but you can take a bus or metro and get there easily. Overall, I recommend it.

After check-in, we called the front desk to let them know that the seat cover of the toilet was broken. First of all they asked us whether we broke it or it was already broken. Very surprised by the question I answered that we had just checked in (like they didn't know what room was calling). They said that their technician had already left and that they would take care of it the day after. The day after we were out all day and upon our return, the seat cover was still not changed. I called again and they said that they didn't find any information about that on file. I insisted and he said that they ordered it and it wasn't in yet. He “promised” for the day after. The day after there was still nothing. I got mad and told them that this had been 2 nights and they never addressed the issue. This is when another guy told us to pack our stuff and leave them in the room before going out and that they would move us as soon as another room would be available. This also was some BS because when I asked at what time a room would be available, he couldn't answer and repeated that it is IF a room became available. We did not go through the hassle of packing and leave our stuff without the guaranty that they would change our room (which he could not guarantee) There was no manager on the premises. We spent 3 nights and never saw or spoke to the same person twice.Most of them were very arrogant, specially the last one who kept interrupting me.This hotel has zero service. Do not use it!

Sufficient for a budget friendly stay.

Hotel was excellent, affordable, and well-kept. They had a good breakfast buffet, and provided free coffee to all guests. The area around was decent, and nearby to all major transport systems which allowed for easy travel to all that Paris has to offer! I would highly recommended.
