The hotel was just what we needed in Bayeux. Walkable to our sites. The staff was terrific. Best part? Breakfast! Lovely breakfast with wonderful breads and apple pie squares.

The hotel didn't offer linens for the 3rd person bed. The shampoo and conditioner used out twice. Their cleaning team didn't find the problem and we had ask them to refill them. They don't offer any drink. We had to buy water and coffee ourselves.

The staff were great. The location was good. The hotel is a bit shabby but adequate. However, our room had a very bad smell when we returned from dinner. We got some air freshener the next day which helped. They offered to move rooms but it was too much trouble after the air freshener worked.

We had booked at hotel la Bayeux but when we arrived we were directed to hotel Normandy. It was a little confusing but we called the number and had no problems. The girl who checked us in was super kind. Our room was perfect for our family of 5. We had Breakfast there and it was nice to sit and relax for Breakfast. We wish we had planned more time here. It is a lovely town.

This is an excellent hotel in such a small town. I definitely recommend it. The staff was very friendly and had no problems communicating in English. They also helped me coordinate pick-up with the local tour company.

Lovely staff and close to main attraction (3 mins walk). Very basic rooms and breakfast. Rooms are not sound-proof, we could hear people on the hallway. The wall heaters not working but there is aircon. The hot water went cold after 10 mins. Bed not very comfortable. Difficulty with parking, we ended up paying extra to park inside hotel compound.
