It was a quaint hotel but no air conditioning and no elevator. The stairs to the second floor rooms were steep. The breakfast options were plentiful.

Great location on a quiet street but close to everything. Very quant. Nice breakfast and staff was extremely pleasant.

Dreary looking room quite unlike those presented online

Cons: the bathroom door was broken, we could not open or close it properly because it’s a barn door on a broken rail. Black mold in the shower, the walls were dirty and the curtains were not attached to the rod correctly (grandson fixed it.). Front desk was told and although they couldn’t do anything about the issues that evening, we were told that we would be given two rooms (there were 3 of us) the next day. Pros: we were given much nicer rooms the next day. The people were considerate, kind and apologetic for the issues. Other: the hot water tank or boiler went out our 3rd night there. Not their fault and it was fixed within 24 hours. The free breakfast was fine and varied each day. It’s difficult to judge breakfast’s since everyone has their own tastes. The hotel is 2 blocks from the cathedral and plenty of restaurants.

Cannot recommend the breakfast. Told us it would be great with fruits, vegetables and charcuteries but we did not see any of that.

Clean property, AC works well. Breakfast a bit underwhelming.

Location of the hotel was right in the middle of a city center. Our room was clean and big. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

A hotel that clearly caters to American sensibilities. - Each room had great air conditioning - there is an ice machine in the lobby - breakfast is a blend of French and American tastes The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is located near the cathedral square, and within walking distance of the main streets of the town.

Room was clean, staff, very helpful, purpose was excellent, great location, While I felt very safe in the building, there was no safe in the room. Not much room for clothing.

This is a lovely hotel about a ten minute walk from the train station. The young man greeted us and provided a city guide. He also recommended an Italian restaurant (Patanella) which was excellent. The room is just large enough to be comfortable. Shower has plenty of hot water and water pressure. And, since the high is 97 degrees today, the air conditioning works perfectly. Breakfast was included. They also offer laundry service for 20 euro. They give you a vert large duffel bag and will wash/fold everything in the bag. I gave it to them this morning and they said it would be ready this evening. A great hotel, location and price.

Great location, pretty good room for the price, however previous century air conditioning is not efficient when there is 90F (32.5C) outside.

Personeel uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer netjes en schoon. Lekker groot tweepersoonsbed zonder naad in midden. We hebben zonder ontbijt gereserveerd, en kunnen daar ook niet over oordelen.

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité de tout. Personnel très sympathique et disponible poir nos besoins. Déjeuner complet. À retenir!

Ett trevligt och enkelt hotell som har ett bra läge. Vi trivdes väldigt bra. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam.

Our room was freshly cleaned when we entered, but very spidery. Otherwise, our stay was lovely. Staff is very helpful, breakfast was good, lovely amenities. Might need to find street parking, which can be hard.

Da vi kom til morgenmad manglede stort set det meste, ingen brød, røræg, kun lidt bacon tilbage., osv. Først da vi havde spist hvad der var tilbage kom der lidt nyt. Der kom dog brød da vi bad om det. Personalet var ikke helt oppe på dubberne.
