Our room was freshly cleaned when we entered, but very spidery. Otherwise, our stay was lovely. Staff is very helpful, breakfast was good, lovely amenities. Might need to find street parking, which can be hard.

Da vi kom til morgenmad manglede stort set det meste, ingen brød, røræg, kun lidt bacon tilbage., osv. Først da vi havde spist hvad der var tilbage kom der lidt nyt. Der kom dog brød da vi bad om det. Personalet var ikke helt oppe på dubberne.

We reserved 2 rooms and both rooms smell like a septic tank. Room 103 in the shower all you could get was extremely hot water which made it hard to take a shower and there was no heat in the bedroom so the second day was cold and without the heat I had to wear a jacket to bed. The people were nice but the place was differently wasn’t what I expected.

Breakfast was excellent

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely kind and helpful and spoke excellent English.

Parking service was a nightmare. You needed to park the car next to stone wall and go out from the front pssenger door. NO OTHER option....

Great location and solid hotel. Very nice staff and was a great base to explore Avignon.

The hotel was clean and had the basic essentials but the real selling point was the room had a fantastic air conditioning unit. We stayed there during an unusual heat wave in May. Outside temps neared 90 degrees so after being outside the whole day it was nice to come back to a room that cooled you off.

Great location near the high street and close to the train station. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the room was comfortable.

Decent hotel in a good location, breakfast was excellent. Second floor rooms have a very low ceiling which is a problem when you’re over 6 feet tall.

I was literally unable to check in. It wasn’t until the day of check-in that I was told that I needed to provide a down payment. This has not been mentioned in any previous communication. Upon reaching the owner by phone, they notified me of a form to fill out to pay the down payment. I was unable to access the form. The owner seemed entirely disinterested in helping me. He did in fact provide no help. I was unable to check in and had to get other accommodations. By far the worst experience I’ve had with any Expedia booking.

I specifically booked a room here because it said that there were laundry facilities for use. We had been on the road for a week and needed our clothes washed right away. When we arrived, we were told that we were not able to use the facilities ourselves and that they have a service that charges 20 euros to wash and fold. We were told that the laundry facilities were being used and therefore, not available, so we dropped off our laundry to the night clerk. We specifically told him that the items in the white bags do not have to be folded (I don't like my under garments handled by others). On the way out, we told the morning clerk the same thing...do not fold the items in the white bags. I even pulled up Google translate to make sure she understood. When we arrived back at the hotel, we picked up our laundry and none of it was folded and some of the items were still damp. We went downstairs and asked them to dry it again (which took two hours and two visits to the front desk). It was finally dropped off and none of it folded. When we checked out, there were three 20 euro charges. We immediately told the clerk that we only had one load of clothing and he was able to remove the other two charges. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again nor will we recommend staying here. I suggest you change the wording on your site to say, "laundry services available." Other hotels specify this.

Uncomfortable beds and had flies in our room. Sewer water smell in the whole room and in other rooms. Staff was super friendly.

Good location but very noisy. The floors creaked everytime someone walked by the room. Breakfast very expensive.

Staff was nice . The room had an odor. The blow dryer was very weak with little heat seemed like it was running on batteries. The only items provided is soap tissues and thin towels. We tried to get our room cleaned the first day but by 5pm we gave up . This room needs blackout curtains the light came through. We could hear the TV and people talking in the rooms next to us so rooms are not sound proof.The breakfast was mostly sweets and scrambled eggs. The location was great. Thankfully we were able to open the door to our room we seen several people having great difficulties using the key struggling to open their door. Our shower handle was loose kept aiming the water out of the shower our floor kept getting wet. Overall I don't think I would stay here again cause the odor of the room was nausaing.

The young lady that checked us in was great. The room was about the size of a large closet.the floors creaked a lot the breakfast was just very basic with the exception of the watery bacon. Overall I would not stay there again and I would advise others to look around. It was not my first trip to Bayeaux and I hope not my last
