This hotel is located in a good location near the old town. The room is so small but clean. The breakfast is simple and is not worthy for the price. Anyway, the low price for stay should be ok for those travelers.

Hotel molto utile per i turisti in auto o in moto in quanto è a piche centinaia di metri dalla famosa Cite' Medievale ed ha un buon parcheggio con cancello. La colazione non è di tipo "buffet " come ormai siamo abituati, ma comunque è di buona qualità e sufficiente. Forse un po' cara. Camera piccola e senza bollitore per farsi un tè. Buona la dimensione della TV che però non ha ne Netflix né Prime o altre piattaforme per ospiti non francofoni. Pulizia senza nessuna critica. Bagno piccolo ma sufficiente.

What a place! Stopped in on a whim, and were thrilled to find ourselves in excellent hands. Great facilities, surprisingly great breakfast, and very comfortable facilities. Great food recommendations from super friendly staff. And all at a VERY reasonable price.

Chambre et accueil impeccables. Le seul bemol est le parking payant (12€), mais sécurisé avec son digicode et le pdj onereux, (15€) malgré ses produits de qualité. Je recommande pour sa piscine chauffée et la possibilité de detente corporelle

WE SPENT 4 NIGHTS IN THE AREA AND THOUROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR TIME HERE. THE HOTEL IS AN EASY WALK TO THE CITY,CASTLE AND MANY RESTAURANTS. THE WEATHER WASN'T KIND SO WE DID NOT USE THE POOL. THE STAFF ESPECIALLY WALY WERE VERY HELPFUL. A GOOD EXPERIENCE

Easy check in, good service and friendly staff, will definitely be back next time we are in Carcassone

Loved this hotel. Really clean and comfortable, and the location is great. Both for the citadel and the restaurants and shops further along Rue Trivalle. The pool and seating area were a welcome place to relax and cool off. The staff were all friendly and welcoming (and spoke good English if, like me, your French isn't the best!) Secure parking an added bonus too.

Bel hôtel joliment décoré et la chambre était très bien pour la famille (2 pièces; l’une avec 2 lits simples l’autre avec un très grand lit). Le personnel a été très accueillant et serviable pendant notre séjour. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Il est facile de se rendre à pied à la cité médiévale en quelques minutes. Pour de bon marcheurs, il est aussi possible de se rendre à pied au Pont vieux où il y a une belle vue de la cité médiévale et au canal du midi. Le déjeuner (15 euros/personne) était très bon et copieux avec des produits locaux. La piscine a été bien appréciée étant donné la canicule lors de notre séjour.

Vi kom tidigare än incheckningen och fick tillgång till poolen +handla i baren sen fick vi rummet tidigare mycket jättebra så trevlig personal .Frukosten var verkligen inget bra för det priset

Staff are lovely. Great position for the old cite and airport shuttle. Breakfast is ok, but not worth 15 euros. Pool is a welcome break after hot days

Alles renoviert ordentlich und sauber. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz gegen Gebühr. Zimmer war sehr klein und ohne richtiges Fenster.

Petit Hotel où la chambre est confortable mais assez exigue. Par contre, en placement top, au pied de la Cité de Carcassonne. Parking en supplément.

Limited snacks poolside, rooms were clean , not keep on the words on the wall around the tv made it feel like a hostel, no cakes available to have with a coffee
