Excellent view Excellent location Nice staff for check in

Excellent hotel in a perfect location right on the Promenade des Anglais. The room was comfortable and very clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and everything was within easy walking distance. A wonderful stay in Nice – I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Everything was fine except information given at check in re parking was wrong! Apparently person did not have much English and gave us the wrong information. The person at reception on our departure was very nice and apologised but it wasn’t his fault. This being our second visit to hotel check out left a bad note!

Overpriced!! And BEDBUGS!! We both woke up two days in a row with bite marks on our bodies. Thousand and thousands of dollars for a room where we couldn’t even put a suitcase down. I also paid extra money for the room to be set up when we arrived with a bottle of champagne but instead it was a terribly cheap bottle of rose that couldn’t even pass at a gas station! My wife also got bad food poisoning at a restaurant near by and I called the front desk to see if they had a doctor and they said “No, go to the hospital if you need assistance”. Then nobody even bothered to come and see if we were okay. I understand if they don’t have a doctor but to not follow up when a guest asks for medical help? Only good thing about the room was the view from the balcony which is what the price was built around.

An excellent hotel located in a great area in front of the beach.

we had to move rooms which was very inconvenient they should have just put us into the same room from the beginning. we were in monaco enjoying ourselves but had to rush back. poor communication

This has been an amazing experience, from exceptional staff meeting us, then arranging to hold our luggage till the room opened (we arrived very early from a flight). Then the staff matched our first day room, with our tour group next 3 days, to allow us to stay in the same room. Both restaurant and breakfast are exceptional, with great staff. Good and drink 5 of 5 stars. Overall, the hotel is a masterpiece! And our partial ocean view small suite is wonderful, with good view of city and ocean.

we had a great experience at West End Nice hotel, at first room was not convenient to stay for 10 nights but next morning staff at front desk change that and were able to have a much bigger room and shower which made our stay wonderful, breakfast was great and fresh and a great start for the day , hotel was right on the water, very close to everything , 15 minutes to train station and tons of restaurants around, we had a great time.

West End hotel is in such a great location with easy access to everything and lovely promenade walks in the mornings and watching the sunsets in the evenings. The staff are very helpful and rooms are always clean

We just stayed at the Hotel West End Nice to celebrate a big birthday and anniversary. It was also our first time in France. I was so nervous about a non-refundable international booking, but let me tell you that this hotel made our trip SO special and memorable. I will never forget it. After booking a Deluxe sea-view room, I emailed them ahead to confirm, and they replied promptly. When we arrived, we were treated to a stunning full view oceanfront room in a historic hotel that has been painstakingly cared for. I was awed, just blown away. Marie at the front desk was so sweet and patient with us when we arrived tired from a long flight and gave us all the information we needed to have a good stay. The historic hotel itself is beautiful, and constantly being meticulously maintained. You can tell how much pride and care they have in the property. Our room was very clean, sanitized, and comfortable, with regular housekeeping. We had no mold or repair issues. The hotel is bustling with guests during the day, but quiet at night. Our booking included the French buffet breakfast every morning, and that was another highlight of our trip! We ate there every morning. The hotel is central to many landmarks. It's on the promenade, beachfront, easy access to trains, buses, and trams. I can say that I didn't have a single interaction with the hotel that was negative. Everyone is so professional, helpful, spoke English, and very friendly. Would absolutely return to them again.

The staff was so helpful and kind, and the hotel is lovely and clean. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.
